- Hello all..
•Well I know I havnt been posting news alot, like Deano, Im always being asked to help people do stuff, look at this etc.. busy working on projects, and so on. Not that I mind but staying busy with DBGTN the RPG and everything else is a big task. Lol, of course I dont mind though keeps me entertained. Anyways in the past few days Ive basically been doing some updates on the "interactive" stuff on dbgtn or so you can say.. For instance, I re-did the profile system to show the rpg statistics also, along with if there in the rpg, allowing you to instantly warp to their position. Also I added some forum stuff, for the mods, you can edit the topic names now. And a feature I thought was quite useful, I added a Sticky system, so Mods can now make a hot topic or something important a sticky, to stay at top of other misc. topics. Lets see... Dean on my request nicely added a another useful addition, if you notice the threads with many pages of post, it now will bold and increase the font size of the current page your on where it shows links for pages, so you no longer will forget ("hey...what page am I on") and have to look in the url bar to remember. Also improvements still being made on RPG and hopefully up soon, so just bare along with us.

Update : Added "who voted" for forum sigs, just click the link beside the total votes, on someones post to view (who voted/what they gave u/what time) peace.
Update : Modified it to show, the "who voted" link only if the user has 1 or more votes, instead of for all.

•Hey everyone, well sorry for not updating in such a long time. i had some things to get settled with, but now anyways i'm back and ready to get you people some media and info. This weekend I'm going to try and get a new capture card for some episodes or something for media..with the help of Hector :). On another note, i'm going to try and make my first music vid so wish me luck :/. Lastly, if anyone has any information requests, i'll take them so I can get working on some of taht for you. Yup, I'm back and ready to get some content rolling in for dbgtn. I'll catch you guys on the flip side / latez.

- More clips
•I talk to frank. And he said i could update the sections on my own. And so i did. I made 7 more clips at the bottom of the dbz clips section. Of kid buu saga. I know its kinda old but still cool fights. Also i'm working this new encoding method. Its called Gpixel encoding. Its really good. It has built in pixel per pixel noise reduction which means it cleans up all those blockies you see on crappy look picks. But this is used to enhance the clips of already quality clips to make it very smooth and clear at the same time. So i want you guys to check out. Heres a clip of the intro for Tekken 4. Tell me what you think of the quality? And should i switch to that format instead of quicktime? So heres the clip. its in WMV format windows media player.
Its 4MB so tell me what you think of the quality and compression.

•ok. I talked to frank about some stuff i thought you guys mite like to know about the media. Some may not care some mite. But this is new news. ok i made quicktime clips right in mov. Now i found a Player for MPEG-2 video. It'll allow you to play MPEG-2 format clips without the need of a DVD player. Now here's the downside to it. You can't use it to play dvd's if you don't have a dvd drive. (But) you can play DVD format clips. This is for you high end faster internet users like cable and dsl. Don't worry this site will also be 56k freidly. I'll be making clips for you guys also. So don't feel left out. Now let me get to my point. My dvd capture card can encode clips in mpeg-2 at 720x480. MPEG-2 is like high end better then Divx. Most clips on the internet you'll find is like 320x280 resolution. But my clips are at about the same quality as funi encodes there dvd's. Which is 4000k video. Sorry to get into technical stuff but i'll tell you one thing. You perspective at movie clips will totally change as soon as you see the quality of these clips. Feel free to ask any questions about media. I will be posting samples and the player you'll need to watch these clips shortly after this post. Well gotta get back to work. Check ya guys latta.

According to a latest report by trade publication Television Week, Turner Entertainment, a subsidiary of AOL Time Warner, is mulling the potential launch of a U.S. version of the network. Discussions have been ongoing for six months in regards to a U.S. launch, although nothing definite has been announced or agreed upon. Mark Lazarus, the head of the Turner Entertainment group told Television Week that CNX U.S. is "on the list" of new opportunities for the company, but "not imminent." CNX is an adrenaline heavy, action network aimed primarily at males. It includes many programs already available on its United States Turner network Cartoon Network, including the hit animated programming series Justice League, Batman Beyond, X-Men: Evolution, Cowboy Bebop. It is not known whether or not Cartoon Network series or their action-based programming blocks, Toonami and Adult Swim Action would shift to CNX U.S. if it were to launch.))....I hope they wont do that...I have basic cable "85 channels aint enough for me"..so if toonami leaves , i can't watch my favorite shows ::cries::....well anyways, ADVfilms also announced that it will be releasing Sailor Moon: Season One Uncut, a huge DVD collection of the uncensored original source material for the breakout U.S. It's 46 episodes, over 1000 minutes total running time it is on eight DVDs in two cases and it will be available July 15, 2003....when they say uncut...is it realy uncut.. o_O....also animation insider mention that This Mother's Day, May 11th, Cartoon Network will be celebrating by holding a modern stone-age tribute to the first of the first moms, Wilma Flintstone..The marathon would be seven-hour long, it will feature ten episodes following the episode when wilma got married to fred flinstone and Cartoonnetwork will show this movie when Pebbles becomes a mother of her own...o_O....

- Happy easter
•I got work done. But first off i'd like to say happy easter to everyone out there. For me i'm spending time with the family today so no encoding for me. I'll be sure to get some work done when i get home. Also if anyone like to see some clips of some funny anime and cool movies. heres some clips i made of non dbz stuff. I thought it would be good for you guys to work with some footage so you can make music videos.
