Critical Hit
When attacking with anyone, hit A right before you character connects with their attac, you know it works if you hear a different sound effect when your opponent stops.

Make Goku arrive early
-To get Goku to arrive when Piccolo and Gohan have to find Krillin, Yamucha, Tien, and Chaotzu sell every one of your cards that can be sold. Next buy all Kami-san cards (the earth's guardian).

-Next train Goku and Piccolo to level 3 and make sure that Piccolo needs 36 or less exp. points to get upto level 4. Fight the four Saibamen in Mr. Popo's house and you will get a card, save.

-Raditz should come to fight you and after one battle turn, use the Gohan card, but DON'Tuse special beam cannon, yet!

-Goku will get attacked almost every turn, once his health is below 6, give him a Kami card.

-Do this until you run out of Kami cards

Get Captain Ginyu in your team
-Stock up on the best healing cards you can get -During the battle with Ginyu in Goku's body, first take out Jeice or Burter (depending on which you killed) so that you face Ginyu alone.

-Beat Ginyu down without killing him until he does his "Change Now" attack. (don't throw the name toad)

-If Ginyu switches with one of your fighters, switch that person using the team-order command with another fighter (*Note: The Z-Fighter you switch with will become "Ginyu").

-Keep the one that was "Switched" healed up and inactive for this battle.

-After you beat Switched Ginyu, he will take the place of the Z-Fighter you switched with using team-order.

-Ginyu special moves are his fireball and his "Change Now"

-If "Change Now" is used in battle, Ginyu switches with an opponent, and uses that enemy's stats and power level.

-Since the only two major battles after this are Furiza and SSJ Vejita this will help you immensly if the change attack works!

Quick Level up
If a Saiyajin is are dangerously low on HP like 10 and down you can make them gain a level instantly if you use a card that completely heals them, like then Shenron/Porunga card.

Super Sayajin Goku
After Furiza transforms to his final stage, Goku will be ready to help fight just like in the show, when Goku gets to the fighting scene. Send a weak character to fight and get killed, somebody like Krillin, Tien, or Yamucha, but NOT VEGETA OR GOHAN. The next time you attack with Goku, he will become a Super Sayajin with a battle power of almost 5 million (very inaccurate).

Alternate Ending
When fighting Furiza, don't let Vegeta get killed and after you kill Freeza with SSJ Goku you will see the credits and Goku will be flying across the screen, but before the game ends Vegeta will stop you and become a Super Sayajin too. You will have to fight Super Vegeta and he will have a battle power of 6 million, now use Goku and his power moves, because if you beat him you will see a different ending. Since Vegeta will probably be slightly stronger, I suggest you save one of the cards you get like Guru or Eternal Dragon, these cards boost your stats and battle power tremendously, so save either for Goku.
