Summary:

Shen Long Lives Again!!
Still at the Palace, Kami instructs Mr. Po Po to go get Shenlong to be revived. Mr. Po Po understands and comes back later with a plate and glass dome over it, small enough to fit in two hands, with broken pieces of a dragon, Shen Long. Kami then looks at it, saying that it looks pretty worn out, but if Mr. Po Po could fix it? Mr. Po Po tells him he can and gets right to it. As Mr. Po Po is putting the pieces together, Goku asks if he can really fix it, making Mr. Po Po say that he built Shen Long before and can easily build him back together again. Kami then explains that he made Shen Long for a purpose. He wanted the people of earth to have hope and courage with the Dragon Balls, so they may grant their wish. But over time, evil came over the world and people wanted the Dragon Balls for evil wishes, but now that he has seen Goku, he shall revive the balls. After the explanation, Mr. Po Po tells them that he's finished, showing a complete Shen Long. Kami then says to move away, which everyone does. Kami then puts his left hand and index finger, channeling chi at the tip of the finger. He then shoots it at the glass dome, where it starts to glow, then the top of it shoots chi to the earth.

Goku then asks what happened loudly, making Kami say he has revived the Dragon Balls now. He explains that instead of one year to revive, he has activated them today, and then they will lay dormant for a year. Goku asks if this is true, which they will revive everyone now!? Kami replies that they will, but you must promise to stay here to train. Goku says that he sees, which Kami further tells Goku that he will see them again at the next Tenkaichi Budoukai, in three years. Goku asks if he said the Tenkaichi Budoukai, that why to wait that long? Kami tells him at the next Tenkaichi Budoukai, Piccolo will come back, since he has been brought back to life. Goku then screams out Piccolo's name, saying he thought he killed him before, so how did he come back? Kami tells the story that before he exploded, he spit out some of his body to the earth. That portion of his body is his son and will train hard and gain much power to kill him. Goku is clearly impressed, while Kami goes on to say in three years, Piccolo's aim is him and Goku will have to train to beat him. He goes on to say that Mr. Po Po will help him fight and after time, he will learn the art of peace and tranquility, so he may fight better.

Goku tells them that's amazing, while Kami tells him that he must defeat him! Goku tells him he will! He yells that he will train very hard to do it! Then he tells them he has to pee, asking if he could use the bathroom? Kami and Mr. Po Po fall over anime style, getting up saying saying it's through the entrance on the left. Goku runs in, saying he's leaking! Mr. Po Po and Kami stare silently on, until Mr. Po Po finally breaks the silence, asking Kami if he can really beat Piccolo? He does know if he defeats Piccolo, then Kami will die as well. Kami tells him that would do it if he would, but it against the will of Kami to commit suicide. So, he needs another human to do so. Mr. Po Po tells him he understands. At Kame House, Shen Long is revived, where Yamcha asks if hit is really true and Tenshinhan saying this is impossible! Bulma tells them that Shen Long has come back from death, to which Shen Long explains that Son Goku is with Kami Sama and has been asked to revive his friends. Oolong and Bulma both ask what he means, to make Shen Long explain that Goku will see them at the next Tenkaichi Budoukai.

He further explains that he is training in Heaven's World and will meet once more at the Budoukai. Tenshinhan stammers out, saying that he's at Heaven's World to train? Shen Long then says to there is hope, hope that Piccolo Daimaou has been killed. And now he will revive everyone that was killed by him. The capsules that hold the dead bodies of the former dead fighters open and their eyes open. First to emerge is Krillin, who is happily slapped by Lunch. Muten Roshi wakes up, to a tear-filled Turtle. Chaozu is surprised to be alive, who is hugged by Tenshinhan. Namu and Giran are also greeted happily, as they are confused to be alive once again. The Dragon Balls scatter over and the sky settles, while everyone explains to Krillin, Muten Roshi, and Chaozu what happened. Krillin then say Goku has done it once again! Kamesennin then says that Goku has defeated Piccolo, so where is he now? Yamcha explains they don't know, but Shen Long has told them only that he is in Heaven's World to train. Kamesennin then gets a surprised look, asking if he said Heaven's World!? Tenshinhan then asks what does that mean? Kami Sama tells him that this is incredible and a great honor to Goku, to train up there. He goes on to say that the person who lives up in Heaven's World to train Goku is Kami Sama!

Everyone then sputters out, asking if he really meant THE Kami Sama? Tenshinhan says that this is incredible for Goku, to go meet Kami Sama! Krillin then slowly says that Goku will train with Kami Sama? He then says that that is just too weird to be true! Kamesennin tells them that Goku will achieve power like none other, who will be several steps ahead of everyone. Yamcha then says, if he will be that strong, then they need to train to get stronger too. Tenshinhan then says that if he is training under Kami, then they will have to train harder for the Budoukai! Krillin and Yamcha both say they will too! Up at Kami's Palace, Goku is sitting Indian style, with his hands clasped together, eyes closed, and head bowed, asking if he can move any time soon? Mr. Po Po tells him he can't, while Kami tells him that his training will be much harsher than this. Goku smiles at the challenge, while Tenshinhan and Yamcha both train hard in the wilderness, and Krillin yelling out as if Goku were there, to see him at the Budoukai so they can see his strength!
