Summary:

The Stolen Dragon Radar
Still at Senbei's house, Goku asks if he can fix the radar or not? Midori cheers Senbei on, saying he's the smartest one around. Senbei tweaks around with the radar a bit, but it proves to be wait out of his league. However, he must keep himself known as a genius, so he has to do something quick. Turbo, who is behind Senbei, uses his telekinesis to fix the radar and does so quickly. Turbo compliments Senbei, saying that he's amazing! Senbei tells him he did nothing, but Goku is excited to hear that it's fixed. Blue gets out of the car, sneaks around to the back, and finds a plane. Blue then also sees Goku, wondering how he got here? Senbei gives the radar back, making Goku happy, since he pushes the button and it starts to work. Senbei rears back his head and laughs, saying that he is a total genius after all! Goku sees the radar, knowing that the balls are with the bad guy, and all three are here now, so that means... he's here!

Blue takes Ariel hostage with a knife, surprising Goku. Blue threatens to kill the girl, if nothing goes his way. Goku tells him that's not fair and he wants his Dragon Balls back! Blue then paralyzes Goku again, making Senbei ask what's going on. Goku says to himself that he can't move again, while Turbo tells Senbei that he used telekinesis. Midori asks Goku if that guy is his friend, making Goku say that he's a bad guy. Blue then laughs, saying that he will take the radar, which he does quickly. Goku, still standing there, tells him that the radar is not his and wants it back now! Senbei asks if he's stealing, while Blue tells them all to stay away or they will die. Blue then volunteers to take the plane too and will do one more last thing. Blue throws his things in the cockpit and then tells Goku that he will kill him. Blue smacks Goku across the face, making him fall to the ground. Blue then goes to a palm tree and swipes it with his hand and takes it off the stump. Goku asks what he's going to do, making Blue say he'll slice him. Senbei then goes to Ariel, saying that that man wants to wrestle! Ariel gets really excited and runs right to him. She jumps in the air, putting both legs out, making Blue go completely off guard. Ariel kicks Blue in the back, sending him flying in the air. Ariel runs under him, saying she wants to play more. She jumps in the air and head butts him, making him fly higher and higher, in total pain.

Senbei congratulates Ariel, while Turbo helps Goku wit his telekinesis problems. Goku gets up, while Ariel runs back, and making Goku ask where he went? Ariel tells him that she made him fly far, far away. Goku asks what that means, so Senbei tells him that Blue can't be seen. Goku compliments Ariel, while Ariel tells him that the Gajiras are strong too! Ariel goes on to say that Obochaman is strong too, making Goku wonder how many are strong here? This motivates him to train harder and then runs to the plane to get his Dragon Balls. He gets them, but can't find the Dragon Radar. He realizes that Blue put it in his pocket, so that means the whole Red Ribbon will have it, if he's not dead. Goku is really stuck now, since he has to go to Bulma's place, but doesn't even know how to get there. Turbo asks if he wants a new radar, making Goku curious. Turbo asks Senbei if he can borrow plane parts, making Senbei say it would be okay.

Turbo then uses telekinesis, and remembering what the radar looked like, takes parts out of the plane and creates a new Dragon Radar. It drops into Goku's hands, making Goku really happy. Goku thanks them all, while Senbei says that it's just like father, like son! Goku yells for Kintoun, which comes quickly. Goku thanks them all again and tells Ariel the next time there's a Tenkaichi Budoukai, she should enter. Ariel gets confused, but Goku jumps on his cloud and rides off before explaining. All the while, Senbei has no clue who that boy is or where he is from too. Blue, still alive, has contacted Red Ribbon HQ, saying that he has lost the balls, but has the radar. Red tells him to return immediately, making Blue say that's a problem. He won't be able to return so soon, since he's out with the pyramids!
