DBZonPS2 has this:
PS2 & GC - DBZ: : Saiyan Smash
We have received a report today that Atari has plans to release another title in the very near future. It looks like it is being brought to the PS2 in the first quarter of 2004. But the GameCube version won't arrive until the third quarter of 2004, therefore it may be ported from the PS2 to GCN just like Budokai. We'll have more information on it when it becomes available.
Cool, eh?
Also, we now have a CONFIRMED Budokai 2 roster:

I've also been snooping and I hear yes you can go SSJ3 and fuse. Although it is true there will be Gocule who indeed is a pussy whiped biatch ,but the game should still be good by far.But for the most part I have no problem w/ any of you.
