Summary:

Number 17, Number 18 and Now... Number 16
Still outside the cave entrance, Piccolo curses loudly, saying that they're too late! Vegeta puts up his hand to push chi out, yelling for him to move out of the way now! Trunks demands for his father to not do it and run away while he still can! He brings up the option of Goku to get better again, but Vegeta ignores his child, yelling that it's unnecessary! Vegeta unleashes a wide amount of chi, almost hitting Piccolo and Krillin, who try to block to the blast. Inside the laboratory, the androids witness the destruction of the iron door, but remain motionless. Each team looks at each other, as both androids see their new opponents and the men outside look at their new destiny. Vegeta asks Trunks if he's sure that this is them, making Trunks slowly say yes. Krillin is scared straight, asking if that's number 17 and number 18? Trunks warns them all to not be fooled by appearances, for they are horrible monsters. Dr. Gero softly explains to 17 that these are Goku's allies and to not underestimate them. He announces that they have killed number 19 and almost killed him, 20. 17 asks if he said 19, to turn allow him, 20, to be able to be an android? 17 also asks if he was an energy absorption type, making 20 say yes. 18 gives her theory if he was an energy absorption type, then he would be able to tame. However, if he had infinite energy, he would be unable to control, and that is why he was destroyed. Krillin tries to understand, asking if she said unable to control?

20 yells that it doesn't matter anymore but to just take care of them all now! 17 acts back, telling 20 to shut up, that they will fight when they want to. Dr. Gero loudly shrieks what did he say!? While they were arguing, 18 noticed the pod that was on the ground, seeing the numbers 16 on it, and saying the word as well. She walks up to the pod, arms folded, saying it's an eternal power source as well? 20 looks at her angrily, while she stares into the window of the pod, noticing that he looks different. She says that he's pretty big, but how different is he? 20 yells for 18 to stay away! Trunks's eyes grew huge, saying that if she said 16 and has never heard of number 16! 17, on the other hand, says that he looks interesting and asks 18 if she wants to open him up? Dr. Gero demands abruptly to not do it, unless he wants to destroy the world! He goes on to say that number 16 was a failed experiment and to not activate him! 18 counter-attacks by asking if he was a failed experiment, then why did he keep him? She assumes that he has destroyed all up to number 15. 20's face is of a horrible old screaming man, yelling from the depths of himself that he was going to rebuild him, but if they activate him, he will kill everyone! Krillin suggests getting away while they're arguing, making Vegeta smile while saying to just go, that they are probably stronger than him, Krillin, anyway.

17 chuckles as he asks if 20 said that that android can kill everyone? He then demands 18 to just hurry and open the lid. 20 grits his teeth while yelling that these androids are just like 16, failures! He goes on also to say that he can stop these androids himself! 17 walks up to 20, saying that they have destroyed the shut-off controller. 20 screams that he shall build another, while 18 pushes the button to open 16. 20's veins in his eyes bulge outward, while his mouth opens loudly to ask if she does not understand to NOT activate him! Just as he says that, 17 sticks his hand straight through 20's chest, making 20's mouth drop. Krillin and Piccolo got surprised, while 17 takes his hand out of his creator's chest. 20 slowly looks behind while he sweats, cursing his failed creation. He asks why did he, but was suddenly cut off, when 17 kicked 20's neck. But, he didn't just stop there, because he let his leg go farther across, kick the entire head off, as well as cutting his hair, making it much shorter. Dr. Gero's head rolls across the floor, at the foot of the door, looking at his android, saying that he is nothing but trash! 17 jumps slightly in the air, targeting his foot right at 20's head. He slams it down, making blood and parts roll away, as well as a eyeball. 17 stands up, making the nearest fighter, Krillin, scared greatly at him. 17 just smirks at the bald man and walks away. Krillin asks who are they, to be able to kill their own master! Vegeta remarks it's very common, to kill anyone you do not like. He compares that him and the android are the same as Saiyans, but unlike Earthlings.

17 asks 18 to push the switch, making Trunks yell he will not let them, because there can be no more androids! He turns Super Saiyan and throws his hands out, shooting a wild amount of chi for the two super fighters, while also making his friends duck, especially Krillin yelling he's an idiot! The blasts explodes loudly, making the entire top of the mountain open and destroying the laboratory. The good fighters float in the air, with Krillin telling Trunks if he is going to do that, then warn everyone! Vegeta curses his son, asking why did he do something so stupid? Trunks asks what he meant by stupid, making Vegeta look down and replying that he, Trunks, could never hurt the androids. There, 17 stands erect, with 18 holding onto the pod with her hand. She throws on the ground next to her, while 17 suggests to hurry now, since the cables and pipes have been cut away. Vegeta still makes excuses for Trunks's attack, also saying that that was just a waste of energy. 18 pushes the switch making the lid come up. Being impatient, she kicks the lid off quickly, while Krillin says that they have opened it and a new one is coming! There, a man with a mohawk lies, with a slim face and earrings, while also wearing a futuristic style of clothing, with shoulder blades coming up, and a neck brace type object. Under that, is black clothes. He opens his eyes as well, preparing to take steps out into the world.
