Dragonball Episode 98: Battle Power

Tenshinhan holds the weakened Goku by the collar, deciding to use his 'special technique.'  TsuruSennin, "Heh heh, that kid'll be dead after this attack..."  Goku's friends are concerned for him.  Tenshinhan tosses Goku into the air, and chants that he is going to use the "Volleyball Technique" (he gets this really funny expression on this face when he says this).  As Goku falls back down, Tenshinhan bashes him back into the air.  The process repeats once more, before Tenshinhan leaps up and spikes Goku to the ground.  Tenshinhan lands in front of the downed Goku.  Goku suddenly gets up, to everyone's surprise, and he's not in bad condition at all.  Bulma is mad at Goku for scaring them like that.  Yamcha, "Now the real fight will begin."  Goku compliments Tenshinhan's strength, and Tenshinhan also does so.  Goku, "Looks like it's time to get serious."  Tenshinhan, "No way.  You've been serious the whole time."  Goku, "Yeah, but I've only been doing my tournament best!  Now it's time to use my battle power!" (thus the episode's short title).  Tenshinhan is a bit confused.  Goku, "The battle begins now!"  He attacks Tenshinhan and pummels him a bit, before kicking him away.  Goku goes after the hurtling triclops.  He comes up under Tenshinhan, and kicks him into the air, before charging up a KameHameHa.  Just before firing it, Goku stops and changes his mind.  Tenshinhan lands safely, still in a bit of pain though. Goku asks if that was tough enough.  Tenshinhan, "I'm glad to have met you.  I've never been this excited in a battle before!"  Goku compliments his spirit.  Bulma asks why Goku didn't fire the KameHameHa.  Yamcha smiles, since he apparently knows why.  Lunch (evil form), "The other guy's hanging in there.  I like that."  The others stare at her, realizing she has the hots for Tenshinhan.  Tenshinhan meditates in the air for some reason, and then he flips back to the ground.  He vows to win the tournament, but Goku refuses to let that happen.  Kuririn asks why Goku didn't fire the KameHamaHa.  KameSennin, "Because he knew it would only be deflected, thus making it a waste of energy."  Chaozu, "Now it's Tenshinhan's turn!"  TsuruSennin, "Yes, he's going to win..."  Goku and Tenshinhan attack each other yet again.  Goku unleashes many punches and kicks, which Tenshinhan manages to block.  But then he gets smacked across the face by Goku's tail.  They go into a fast paced flurry of punches and kicks for a while as everyone watches in amazement.  Finally, the 2 warriors leap back to opposite ends of the ring.  KameSennin, "Kuririn, notice how both of them are still breathing normally, even after such an intense flurry of attacks."  Goku and Tenshinhan stare each other down, ready to continue their intense fight.  Tenshinhan attacks Goku, and they go into yet another one of those fast paced flurries of fighting that you can't follow.  Goku gains the offensive, throwing countless punches and kicks that Tenshinhan dodges.  The attack is slowly pushing Tenshinhan toward the edge of the ring.  Bulma cheers for Goku, repeatedly punching Oolong on the head in the process (pig abuser!).  Tenshinhan is now right at the edge of the ring, as he continues blocking, until he finally kicks Goku away.  Now Tenshinhan chases Goku across the ring with a barrage of punches.  Bulma tries to punch Oolong again, but only gets air.  She notices that Oolong is hiding behind Yamcha, smirking.  Goku and Tenshinhan continue their fast paced fighting.  Goku leaps back, and uses Zanzoken, surrounding Tenshinhan with many images of himself.  Everyone is shocked by this. Tenshinhan calls Goku a fool for using this technique, and sees the real Goku above him.  He kicks, but only hits an image again.  Goku attacks from behind, but only punches through an image as well.  The real Tenshinhan tries to grab Goku from behind, but yet again gets an image.  Finally, Goku appears and kicks him hard, sending him back to the ground.  The images all disappear.  Bulma cheers happily, hugging Yamcha (Oolong now wishes he had stayed where he was).  The crowd cheers, thinking Goku has won.  Tenshinhan slowly gets back up, to Goku's surprise.  Bulma is angered, and KameSennin is impressed.  TsuruSennin, "Tenshinhan can't be beaten so easily..."  Tenshinhan decides to finish the battle, and charges up, using Taiyoken (Solar Flare).  Everyone is blinded, and Tenshinhan rushes at Goku with a punch.  Suddenly, the punch is caught, and Goku punches Tenshinhan in the stomach, causing him a lot of pain.  As Tenshinhan slowly drops, he asks how this happened.  Goku is wearing sunglasses, and Tenshinhan weakly asks where he got those.  Goku claims that he borrowed them, and Tenshinhan finally drops to the ground.  The 10 count starts.  TsuruSennin and Chaozu are speechless.  KameSennin looks around, wondering where his sunglasses went.  Bulma asks what happened.  Yamcha has a helpful flashback of Goku grabbing KameSennin's sunglasses at the last second, protecting himself from the light.  Goku goes to give KameSennin his sunglasses, but Tenshinhan quickly flips in, and kicks him into the wall, shattering the sunglasses in the process.  Goku leaps to the other end of the ring angrily.  Tenshinhan, "Don't get cocky!  I was just careless that time!"  Bulma is POed.  KameSennin cries over his broken sunglasses.  TsuruSennin's rage is building.  He gets an idea and evilly grins to the scared Chaozu.  Goku, "Looks like I'll have to try harder to beat you now!"  Kuririn turns to KameSennin, "Hey, this is the first time I've seen you without sunglasses!"  KameSennin gets nervous, "Uh, really?"  Kuririn, "Yeah, your eyes look familiar, I just can't quite remember where I've seen them before..."  KameSennin, "Uh...I've got quite common eyes, heh heh..."  Before Kuririn can remember who, KameSennin yells at him to keep his eyes on the match instead.  Goku attacks Tenshinhan, but he is suddenly frozen in place, and punched to the ground by Tenshinhan.  Goku's friends are concerned. Goku gets up, looking annoyed, "Hey!  That was a dirty trick!"  Tenshinhan wonders what he is talking about.  TsuruSennin chuckles evilly.  What is happening to Goku?  Why did he freeze?  Does TsuruSennin have to do with this?
