Dragonball Z Episode 11:
The Saiya-jins, Strongest Warriors in the Universe, Awaken

(original, Japanese episode)

Gohan awakens in the morning and eats some berries he finds in a tree. As he sits to eat, the T-Rex from previous episodes tries to attack him. Gohan is not afraid and begins to run. The T-Rex chases him but is being outrun by this young boy. The dinosaur makes a leap at Gohan, but Gohan just jumps in the air, causing the T-Rex to fall down and knock itself out. Gohan unsheathes his sword and cuts off a piece of its tail for a meal. Even Piccolo is impressed with Gohan. The saiya-jins are then shown waking up in their pods in outer space.

Yamcha, Krillin, Puar, and Bulma are then shown flying in a plane looking for Tien and Chaiotzu. They are all thrilled that Kami is going to train them to fight against the saiya-jins. The saiya-jins, however, decide to make a pit stop on another planet because it could bring in lots of money for them. Two natives from the planet encounter the saiya-jins and attempt an attack to no avail. Just when Nappa is about to attack, Vegeta tells him to let himself be captured so the can see the emperor of the planet. Back on Earth, a high-speed chase is shown with Evil Miss Lunch on a motorcycle being chased by four cop cars. She turns around and fires a bazooka at the cops, taking out a car. She apparently has stolen some money. As she gets away, she mentions she is going to see Tien and bring him some nutritious food (I guess this was a scene in Japan’s episode only). Meanwhile, on the planet in outer space, the saiya-jins are put into prison where they meet some of the native prisoners. One of them explains how Emperor Moai has taken over the whole planet and even stole his wife, Remuria, on their wedding day. Moai asks to meet the outer space aliens. The jail cell is shown and it has been destroyed. The saiya-jins then walk up to Moai. Moai makes them fight his warriors and if they win, they can have anything they want. A warrior attacks and is blasted by Vegeta. Vegeta says he wants this planet. All of Moai’s warriors attack, but they are no match for Nappa and Vegeta. A huge beast is then brought out to challenge the saiya-jins, but Nappa easily destroys it as Vegeta kills Moai. The prisoner from before emerges from the prison cell and congratulates the saiya-jins. They saiya-jins return to their pods. The prisoner runs toward his wife and just as he grabs her, Vegeta blows up the entire planet. They continue to head toward Earth as Goku is shown running along Snake Way.
