Dragonball
Z Episode 126: Reunion
(dubbed episode)
The beginning of the episode involves Gohan and
Trunks flying over to Roshi's, discussing the creature that they found. The
youthful Saiyans don't have a clue what it is, or who sent it, only that it came
in a replica of Trunks' time capsule.
The scene shifts to the less serious scene of a
clothes shop, where #18 is trying on the goods, thoroughly unimpressed with what
is to offer. She is disappointed at the quality of the outfit that she has got,
even if it was the best in the shop, and simply walks out back into the van that
the Androids stole. The store manager follows her out demanding that she pays,
but when he sees #16 he hastily changes his mind, and instead decides to call
the police to sort them out.
Within mere minutes the police are on the
Androids tails, demanding that they stop. Naturally these destructive artificial
humans aren't about to give in to some weakling law enforcers, so instead #18
goes outside to sort them out. She efficiently destroys the cars, with the
drivers barely able to survive the explosion. The Androids drift away in good
spirits, having eluded the authorities easily.
Back at Roshi's house, everyone is watching an
important news announcement, which Bulma had informed everyone was on. It was a
reporter describing a horrific scene in Gingertown where some sort of monster is
wreaking havoc upon the place. Shots can be heard, and despite the numerous
reporters, they slowly decline in number one by one, as the picture goes fuzzy
on the cameras as this beast destroys everything. Trunks and Gohan walk in to
see the footage being shown, becoming frustrated by it.
On Kami's lookout, Piccolo is still awaiting
Kami's answer to his offer of fusion, and God seems to be weakening in terms of
giving an answer. He watches down on Earth and is horrified by what he sees.
Piccolo angrily shouts at him to tell him what is happening, but Kami decides
not to explain, but rather to fuse instead as Piccolo will possess his knowledge
after it is complete. Mr. Popo tries to stop Kami from going through with it,
but the Namek has made up his mind, pleasing Piccolo greatly.
They come to the agreement that Piccolo will be
the base, as he has a younger and more powerful body than Kami, and with the
increased power and knowledge would be a far better fighter. Allowing Piccolo to
put his hand on his chest, Kami screams out, slowly fading away, and eventually
disappearing into the Namek, creating the ultimate Namekian warrior.
The newly formed being says that he is now
"The Namek who has long since forgotten his name" before waving
goodbye to Mr. Popo, and flying off the lookout, down to where the monster is
situated. He meets up with it, and for the first time, Cell is shown, along with
a human desperately trying to escape his grasp. Piccolo is disgusted by the
creatures appearance, and prepares to battle it as the episode draws to a close.
