Summary:

The Wrong Turtle to Mess With
On the island, Kamesennin asks the officer who he is? The officer cuts the chit-chat, and asks if he is the man who made the radar or not? Kamesennin doesn't know what he's talking about, but the officer insists that he comes clean and just confesses. Kamesennin reassures him that he isn't the person that made it and who is he again? The officer smiles, telling him that he is the Red Ribbon Army. Kamesennin recalls the name, saying that he's heard of them, with them being evil, and cruel, and disloyal, and so on and so on. A private brings Lunch out, announcing that she is the only person inside. Kamesennin asks why the Red Ribbon has come to him, with them saying that they want the Dragon Balls the kid has left, as well as the radar to find the balls. Kamesennin remembers, along with Lunch, that the Dragon Balls that Goku left are here, so Kamesennin asks what will they do with the balls once they have them? The officer tells him that it is none of his business, so Kamesennin asks if he resists, what will happen? The officer tells him that he will be beaten, of course. Kamesennin laughs, saying that he will fight him then! The officer rears back, speechless at the effort of the old man. Kamesennin punches him in the gut, then goes around for a kick to another man. After landing, he hits his long pole/stick on another person's head. He then jumps in the air, does the splits, and kicks two people in the chin. Kamesennin then runs fast to two people, hitting one in the stomach with his elbow, and another with his foot to the person's face. Kamesennin then jumps in the air and hits his elbow on his head.

A person then starts shooting at him, but Kamesennin moves his hands extremely fast. Kamesennin asks if he's done firing, then drops all the bullets out of his hands. This surprises the gun man, but Kamesennin easies his surprised look, by kicking him in the face, knocking him out. While Kamesennin is doing that, another man has captured Lunch, putting a gun to her head, asking if he really wants her to die? Kamesennin tries to think quickly what to do, while the person demands the ball and the radar, or the girl dies! Turtle, meanwhile, starts to creep a little closer to Lunch, with a palm leaf in his "hands." Kamesennin sees this, so he puts his hands up, saying that he gives up. The man reminds him that if he tries anything, he'll shoot! Lunch sees Turtle, so she bends over, trying to make it scratch her nose. She then builds up a sneeze, which suddenly comes out. The man tells her that she should know when to not sneeze, while also cursing her. Lunch then asks if he meant what he said, so she reaches backwards, making her free, and then upper cutting him in the chin. Lunch then prances around, telling him that calling her names is a terrible mistake! She starts to kick him in the side, until Kamesennin pulls her away, saying that he's finished. Lunch gives one good spit to his face, then walks away. Kamesennin walks her away, trying to calm her down, when one soldier tries to sneak away. Kamesennin sees him, so he asks if he can take up all the rest of the soldiers, since he won't know what to do with them on his island. The soldier agrees, so he does what he says.

Meanwhile, under water, Goku and his friends are being chased by General Blue, in mini-submarines. In Blue's sub, his first mate asks if he will fire the torpedoes, but Blue advises him to not collapse the cave, so just keep chasing. The group and evil doers go deeper and deeper into the cave, until finally, Goku and co. reach the top of water, where there is breathable air. They know now they can't go any farther with a marine craft, so they have to run. Blue then ascends out of the water, saying that they must hurry and catch them. Just as the group of soldiers jump out, Blue receives word that they have an update from Squad B. Blue answers the phone and now knows that they have been completely defeated! While running, Goku gets an idea that they should just go back now and beat them up! Krillin reminds him that they have guns, all the while, Goku just thinks he can dodge them easily. Bulma just now catches up to them, asking why Goku stopped. Goku tells her that he's going back to beat them up, while Bulma hides behind a cave wall, saying to hurry up and go. Blue gives the order to his first mate to tell the soldier to stop and come back, which they do.

Blue gives them information that this group may be much more stronger than they think, so they will attack only when they feel completely necessary. The privates remind Blue that all they are are three kids, but Blue reminds them that one of these "kids" wiped out Silver and White group. And even now, Squad B has been beaten up and shipped off from an old man and a woman! Goku, standing there, wondering why it's taking the people so long to come. Goku asks if he should go after them, while Bulma tells him to not try it. So, they continue on, touching the wall as their guide, hoping that they won't run into anything bad. Meanwhile, Blue, going on with his speech, tells his men that he will take care of all five people, and rid them of the Red Ribbon.
