Summary:

The Storming of Muscle Tower
At Muscle Tower, White is angrily asking why no one can find a little kid in near the plane crash? White goes on to say that he doesn't care if he dies, he just wants his bag and his Dragon Radar. This makes the team look harder, wondering if the boy was really on board the plane. A little girl is tugging Goku along to her home, knocking on the door as she arrives. She tells her mom that he found this boy, so the put him next to a fire, with a blanket over him. Goku wakes up some time later, while the little girl reports to her mom the good news. Goku asks where he is, letting the girl say that he is in Jingle Village and he was almost frozen. The mother hands Goku hot chocolate, saying that this will help him warm up. Goku gives his thanks, while the mom goes on to say that her little girl saved him from near death. Goku asks the girl if she brought him here, allowing her to say yes. She then asks what is he doing here? Goku explains that he was looking for the Dragon Balls, when his plane fell out of the sky. Before he could go any further, the mother and child cower in fear, asking if he is in with the Red Ribbon? Goku then figures out he doesn't even know what this ribbon thing is anyway and asks them what it is. Elsewhere, the group searching for Goku has now found a trail of what seems like something has been dragged in the snow. After explaining to Goku, he now knows that these people are looking for the balls too. He then asks what will they do with them, making the mother say she doesn't know. The girl then asks why is he looking for them, making Goku reach for his bag, pulling out a Dragon Ball, saying that he's looking for one like this, but the one his grandpa gave to him. The girl points at it, saying that they are in fear for their lives for that? Goku explains that this isn't his ball, but the four star one is.

He goes on to explain the origin of the balls and the wish to make, making the mother realize that they need are going to wish for something evil and need magic to do it. Goku tells them that there is a ball around here somewhere, making the girl sad, saying that her father is a slave for them looking for it. The Red Ribbon doesn't have enough soldiers, so they need the people here in this village. Goku asks why not just kick them out, but the girl tells them that they are too strong, plus they have their mayor hostage. Goku looks at the tower that the girl points to, telling them that he'll get rid of them for the people of this village. The girl screams in terror, trying to convince him that a boy can't go against guns and grown men. Just as she says that, two Red Ribbon soldiers invite themselves in, finding the boy they want. The man points his gun at Goku, telling him he has something they want. Goku asks the girl if that's his dad, making her scream that he's part of the Red Ribbon and to run! Goku smiles evilly, telling them that he'll take care of it. Goku then jumps to them, making blinding punches and kicks, knocking both soldiers out. The girl asks what he just did, making Goku look at his hands, saying about six punches and four kicks. Goku then yells out that he will get the rest of them for them and runs outside. The girl confesses that she didn't see any attack at all. Goku then comes back, totally frozen, saying it's cold outside. The mother puts a blanket on him, saying with his sleeveless shirt, of course it's cold.

The girl offers to give him her clothes and Goku dresses up appropriately moments later. The mother acts like Goku is her son and says that he shouldn't get in too much trouble now. Goku tells her that she shouldn't worry and he'll be fine. Goku then bends down, asking what the white stuff is, making the girl be amazed he's never seen snow before. Goku puts it down and then runs off, saying that he will really go now. The girl asks her mom if there is something strange about him, making the mom say that he is, but it will be sad when he dies. Goku runs on, getting closer and closer to the tower, until everyone could see him. One soldier radios to White that a kid is coming and it could be THE kid. White looks outside, seeing a small boy coming, yelling out that he will die at he hands of his small army. He then gives the order to fire and kill him. Everyone fires bullets at Goku, but Goku has his nyoibo out, blocking every shot. Goku then asks his staff to extend, making it so big, he knocks every soldier in the area out. He then sticks the pole in the ground and propels himself upward. Goku goes up to the second floor, making White snicker at him, saying that he's good, but will never make it to the top of the tower.
