Summary:

Attack of the Blues!
As the trio heads over the Dragon Ball, they start descending in, while Blue looks on with binoculars. Blue laughs at them, knowing that they are going after the Dragon Ball. A radar soldier tells another that the balls remain where they are, while the other reports to Blue that the kid has left his balls back on the island. Blue giggles at it, knowing that that's their base, and they would keep the Dragon Balls there. Blue then asks for his highest ranking officer, explaining he will command Squad A, which will go after the brat, and the high ranking officer shall command Squad B, which will go after the balls! Under water, Bulma finds out where the Dragon Ball is, which is right beneath them. They look out, finding nothing, so Goku volunteers to go out and see where it is. Goku jumps out in the water, with a scuba suit, saying he can breathe and talk, but doesn't see the ball anywhere. Goku then looks over and finds a gully, that maybe it fell in there. Bulma tells him to wait and they'll go check the depth of the gully. They go really deep under water and get good look at the gully, which is too small for their ship. But, after hitting the radar a bit more, they find it's actually in a trench. They check from a wider angle, and find out that it is indeed inside a trench and can fit in. Bulma tells him and Krillin that they can fit in there and wants Goku to come back. Meanwhile, Squad B is flying in on Kamesennin's island. In a plane, a soldier asks the commander what they will face? He reports to them all that it's just an old man and a girl.

Now, Blue is in a submarine, with soldiers telling him that they are coming in closer on the enemy craft. One soldier goes up and asks if they should attack, making Blue not consider the idea, since he wants to find where the Dragon Ball is first. Bulma tells Krillin where to steer, until they finally find an opening to the trench. A soldier on Blue's ship reports that it seems that the group will start to head into a cave, making Blue think that the ball is in there. So, commence attacking! Blue orders for torpedoes to be fired, which almost hit Bulma and group. The soldier tells Blue that they have missed, making Blue yell to do it again, but with more accuracy. Goku asks what's going on, while Bulma points, over saying that that sub is shooting at them. Goku wonders if it's the Red Ribbon, while Krillin and Bulma both stare at him, wondering if that's true. Bulma asks if he means the Red Ribbon Army, while Goku agrees with that remark. Goku explains that they want the Dragon Ball, but they seem to think that Goku's in their way, so they want to fight him for the balls. Krillin gets back in control, yelling that he has made enemies with the largest, most evil organization in the world! They look over, only to see more torpedoes are being fired at them, and they need to make it in the cave quickly.

The soldier remarks they have missed again and they have gone in the cave. Blue orders to pursue and corner, while getting a gunner ready. While in the cave, Goku tells his friends that the Red Ribbon is following them. Krillin grits his teeth, saying they have to do something, and not just luck out every time. Bulma yells at Goku that he should have said something about the Red Ribbon! In the cave, it starts getting narrower. So narrow, the sub can't fit. Blue then yells to prepare the mini-subs, which two pop, and one Blue is in. Back at Kamesennin's, Turtle remarks that it seems some planes are flying in the air. They all land next to Kamesennin's island, with the commander yelling to hurry and capture them!
