Summary:

Bulma's Big Mistake!!
It's been a long time since the duo has taken off, which makes Goku very tired and bored along the journey. Goku tells Bulma that they are near the ocean, so they must have traveled pretty far. As Goku travels on, he remarks and hopes that this is his grandpa's ball. Back at the Red Ribbon Army HQ, they army is tracking Goku along, seeing that he is heading toward the ball General Blue is looking for. Red notices the speed of the boy, which makes him even angrier. Red yells at an officer to tell Blue that he should rely on all his resources to stop Goku and kill him on sight. At Blue's temporary quarters, Blue himself yells at his soldiers to hurry up and find the ball, since Red is furious. One soldier runs up to Blue, saying that they think it has sunk all the way to the ocean floor, so it won't be too easy to find. Blue yells that he does not want any excuses. He notices some movement behind him and points at a person working the radar and radio. Blue yells out that he was just picking his nose! The soldier begs for forgiveness, saying he couldn't help it. Blue wipes his own nose, saying that that is a filthy habit and should be executed immediately. He hears the firing of guns, feeling excitement in him for hearing that sound. While thinking, a soldier tells Blue that he has got orders for Red. It seems that the brat is heading their way now! Blue smiles, asking if he really is? Another soldier asks if this is the boy that defeated two units already, making Blue say he is, and is a shame that he is not part of the Red Ribbon. Blue takes a look at the picture of Goku, saying that this will be quite a fight. Meanwhile, Goku is flying towards the ball, while saying that it's pretty hot now.

Bulma then yells out for them to stop, because the ball is somewhere right beneath them now! Goku stops his cloud and looks down into the ocean, asking if it is beneath us, because all there is, is water! Bulma wonders if it landed on the ocean floor, so they'll have to get to land and regroup. Goku flies towards the nearest island, saying that there are a few boats here. Bulma un-shrinks herself, while Goku volunteers to go in and look for the ball. Bulma laughs at him, saying to not be so quick. Bulma figured they would run into something like this, so she brought her capsules. She pulls out her capsule case, only to realize, there's only one capsule in it. That means, she accidentally got her dad's capsule. Goku asks what's inside that one, making Bulma say she really doesn't want to know. But, they have to try anyway. She pushes the button, throws it out, and out pops... dirty, adult magazines! Goku looks at them, asking why they're naked, but not taking bathes? Bulma, looking like a monster, grabs them all, saying that he shouldn't be looking at that. She rips them all up, saying that her father is nothing but a dirty, old man. Goku starts to take off his clothes, saying that he'll go down and get the ball now. He hopes on Kintoun, naked, and flies to where he thinks he saw the ball last. He dives on in, swimming and searching, only to find nothing, as well as no air. He swims to the top, gasping for air, realizing that it must be very far down. Goku flies back, telling Bulma that the ocean is really deep and couldn't hold his air that long. Goku looks around, wondering where Bulma went. Bulma strolls on, wondering if anyone lives around here, or at least sells capsules.

She looks up, only to find a helicopter plane. She waves him down, yelling for help, but all she gets are machine gun bullets. The man keeps firing, until he realizes that he's shooting at a girl. He stops and contacts another helicopter person, saying that they have the wrong target. They both land, expressing their sorrow for her, while Bulma yells that they could have killed her! Bulma forgives them and asks if there are any places to buy capsules, making one of the pilots say that there are no people here. But, she is a pretty, little thing, and they say that they would be happy if she stayed a while. Bulma asks about the fun, if they mean video games? She goes on, saying that they aren't those kind of people that take advantage of girls, so gruesome to say, it wouldn't even come up in a comic book, right? They jump in their planes, and yell out that there are those kind! Bulma runs away, yelling for Goku. Goku hears her and the flies off into her direction. The helicopter pilots lose in on her, while Goku comes by, looking at them, and flying next to Bulma, asking if they're bad guys? Bulma says yes and to hurry up and beat them up! One of the pilots recognizes Goku and yells to the other to shoot the boy. They start firing on him, making Goku jump on his cloud. Goku retaliates, jumping off his cloud, into the air, allowing one of the helicopters to come right to him, smashing through the window, and knocking the pilot with a kick. He jumps out of plane and aims his nyoibo towards the other, making them both blow up to the ground.  Bulma starts to gather her breath back, saying that that was an awful experience. Goku has an idea, saying that they can fly to Kamesennin's house, thinking he may have some capsules. Bulma grows a frown on her face, saying that if they have to, they have to. Goku smiles, saying that she isn't the only smart one here!
