Summary:

Grow Stronger
Goku continued to fight with Piccolo for quite some time, exchanging blast and attack, until both were very weakened. Piccolo actually used Tenshinhan as a bargain for Goku to give up, when he held him hostage. Goku agreed to give up if he let Ten go, which Piccolo agreed to. Piccolo then broke both of Goku's leg and one arm. Goku lay helpless on the ground, as Piccolo went up in the sky for one last attack. Goku then charged up a Kamehameha, and shot himself up with his new found power, enough to go right through Piccolo, killing him. However, right before Piccolo died he spit out a new egg, a son just like him. Goku went to recover at Karin's, who got a senzu. Goku then learned of someone more powerful than Karin, which Goku wanted to see, so Karin told him he was above. Goku went to go find his nyoibo, which was the only way to get up there, to connect heaven and earth. Goku finally found it, telling his friends he would train with Kami. Upon arrival, Goku met Mister Po Po, which was clearly a one sided match, ending in Mr. Po Po's favor. Mr. Po Po told Goku to go train, but Kami stopped him, which Goku learned was the look-a-like of Piccolo. Goku learned of Piccolo and Kami's origin and agreed to train up there, for another Piccolo would wait for him at the next Budoukai. After training for three years, Goku went back to see his friends, as a grown man. The fights started, with Chaozu being knocked out by Tao Pai Pai, who came back from the dead as a cyborg.
