Summary:

The Turtle is Spotted!
Bulma starts to get upset, seeing that she has to go all the way to Kamesennin's and ask him for a favor. Goku flies lower, seeing the island, and comes in for a landing. Goku jumps off, with Turtle there to welcome him. Turtle says hello to him and also saying it's been a while since they've met. Goku says it's Seat Hurtle and he's back from vacation! Turtle starts to go on to say, his name is Sea Turtle, not Seat Hurtle. Goku asks if the old man is around here, making Turtle walk up to his door, saying he is. Turtle yells out that Goku has come back, while Kamesennin comes out, asking if he said Goku is here? Kamesennin walks out, asking if he found his grandpa's Dragon Ball already? Goku tells him he hasn't yet, so Kamesennin guesses that he needs help, yes? Goku looks at his chest, asking if Bulma would explain? Bulma jumps out and grows taller, saying hello to Kamesennin. Kamesennin, scared silly, wants to know what just happened? Bulma tells him that it's her watch, which can make her shrink and grow back to normal size. Kamesennin gives a good laugh at it, while Bulma starts to brag that she is just a great genius is all. Goku then pesters Bulma to please explain, making Bulma ask Kamesennin if he has an underwater vehicle, because they need it for a small while. Kamesennin says he has one, but what do they need it for? Goku explains that they think that ball is on the ocean floor, and is so far, even he can't go down that far! Kamesennin agrees to it, but Bulma feels as though they won't get it that easily. Kamesennin then says that he would like something in return, which would be that shrinking device.

Bulma asks if he really wants this? Bulma gets happy, saying that she thought he wanted to look at her panties or have her take off her top. But for this, she would be willing to give it up easily. Kamesennin gains his new prize and giggles at it. Bulma then asks if they can have the capsule now, making Kamesennin say that Lunch and Krillin are out getting groceries with it, and will be back in a short while. Meanwhile, at Red Ribbon Army HQ, Red is trying to figure out why the kid left the ball and went off in that other direction. Black seems to think that the boy has friends to help him along the way, because not even a child can just up and make a sophisticated radar like that. Red then puts the pieces together, thinking that maybe he's at their base of operations. Red then yells to contact Blue and tell them to go to that area now! Blue receives word from Red, with Blue saying that he will send a squadron out immediately to take care of it. Bulma, bored, asks if they are coming back yet, while Kamesennin tells her to be patient. Bulma then tells everyone that she's going to wash up real quick, so she will use the bathroom. Kamesennin thinks to himself, that Bulma is alone, in the bathroom. He can use this watch to his advantage now. Kamesennin then stretches as he walks in his house, saying that he'll watch some TV real quick. As Kamesennin walks in, he thinks to himself how to make himself shrink to smaller size. He figures it out and runs to this bathroom.

He runs under the toilet, seeing Bulma fix her pants and seeing her panties. Kamesennin is very happy about this, because now he can see Bulma naked without her being nervous! Kamesennin then asks for her to take a shower or something in his head, when he sees her buttoning up her pants. Kamesennin gets angry, because he wants to see her "freshen up." Kamesennin jumps down, accidentally into the toilet, and is flushed down. He screams a bit, making Bulma wonder if she heard something or not? She walks out, asking if they've come. Goku says no, while Kamesennin is trying to get through his sewer drain, and out the sewer. Turtle looks over, seeing Kamesennin, asking how he got outside, and so wet, if he was watching TV? Kamesennin screams that that is none of his business. Goku looks up, saying he sees something. A ship comes in, and Krillin and Lunch come out. Krillin says hello, as does Goku, while Bulma admires the ship for being able to withstand water.

Krillin asks if this is Bloomers, making Bulma yell out that her name is Bulma! Kamesennin tells them that that took a while, while Krillin says that Lunch transformed again and made the town go crazy. But, aside from that, Krillin asks why Goku is here? At Blue's base, they are still trying to find Kamesennin's island, with nothing to report but sea. Bulma and Goku explain the story to Krillin, making him figure out that that's why they need an underwater vehicle. Krillin then suggests that they should find the pirate's treasure while they're there too. Bulma and Goku ask about the treasure, while Krillin asks Kamesennin if there is a treasure around here? Kamesennin explains that there is, because long ago, this sea was filled with pirates, and they hid their treasure somewhere in the ocean. Bulma starts to get romantic ideas, while Krillin asks if he can come along too? Goku tells him that it might be dangerous, while Krillin asks Kamesennin if he may go? Kamesennin allows it, so they all get in the ship and fly off, while Lunch and Turtle wave good-bye.

While flying, Goku says that this is an airplane and they need something to dive into the ocean. Bulma explains that it can do that too, but then realizes that she accidentally left the backpack with the balls in it back at Kamesennin's! Krillin tells her that Kamesennin can watch it, but Bulma kind of wants them, but can live without them. The helicopter working for Blue to find Goku has no spotted a ship going in Blue's direction and reports. The helicopter goes opposite to them, finding the origin of their take off. He then arrives at Kamesennin's isle, reporting that he has found the island they want! Blue demands that he zooms in to let them see what is going on. The agent describes that there is a woman, an old man, and a turtle. While alone, Kamesennin asks Lunch if she wants to take a shower today, while Blue ponders that the old man must be the genius behind the radar.
