The PC is the reason that the DBZ Community thrives the way it does. Through the internet, DragonballZ has gone from a small-time anime coming on at 6AM to the most searched and most popular anime in America I think it's safe to say. Only rivaled by Gundam and Pokemon. A game for the PC is most definitely a wise decision since it is probably the mostly widely used platform for videogames.
Only the following information has been released. It will be a first-person-action-game and is scheduled for release around the holidays of 2002. Rinde, hints, "we at Infogrames will be utilizing a proven 3D action engine to run the games."
Quake 3? Unreal Tournament? What could it be? Well DUH! Infogrames is the publisher behind Unreal Tourmament, so it would make sense to use this engine because they should know it like the back of their hands. And that's definitely not a bad thing, with a reasonably powerful PC, Unreal Tournament is a beautiful game.
