Dragonball Z Episode 235: I'll Eat you! The Starving Majin's Psychic Powers...

(original, Japanese episode)

The scene opens on the battlefield of Vegeta and Goku with Goku lying unconscious as Majin Vegeta stands over him.  Vegeta notices he no longer can feel Gohan’s ki, and, assuming Gohan is dead, apologizes for letting Gohan get defeated.  He begins to power up.

Buu, on the other hand, has plans for Dabura, as he announces he is going to eat the King of Demons.  He starts dancing and singing, “I’m going to eat’cha” as Babidi laughs with approval.  Dabura unleashes a barrage of kicks and punches to the gut of Majin Buu and then kicks him into the air, then charges at the prone Buu and kick to the side and a double-axe handle to the back of the head, slamming Buu to the ground.  Dabura lands, confident that he is victorious, but Buu explodes from the ground, seemingly undamaged!  As Babidi cheers him on, Buu again starts chanting he will eat Dabura.  Dabura starts to glow red and levitates into the air.  He then fires a plethora of energy balls at Buu, and lands next to Babidi claiming victory yet again.  The wizard cannot believe what he just saw and fears the worst for his prize possession.  Faintly, the “Gonna eat’cha” chant starts again, and as the smoke clears, Majin Buu is still dancing!  Babidi rejoices and tells Buu to finish off Dabura.  Dabura heads toward Buu again and spits twice at the Majin, the first one misses and hits the ground, the second a lizard, turning it to stone.  Buu screams, “Become a cookie!” and fires a beam from his antenna that scores a direct hit on Dabura.  As Goten and Trunks watch in horror, Dabura’s body stiffens and morphs into a giant cookie.  Buu stuffs his chubby cheeks with the cookie, and then happily eats his victim much to Babidi’s pleasure.  Since Dabura died, the lizard, Krillin, and Piccolo return to their normal forms.  Goten spots Krillin and he and Trunks fly to him.  Trunks tells Krillin what just happened, then realizes if Krillin is back to normal, then so might Piccolo, who is shattered!  Trunks flies up the mountain to Piccolo’s spot and sees his shattered body, but as he returns to talk to Krillin, Piccolo appears fully restored!  Piccolo says that as long as his head is in tact he can regenerate.

Piccolo feels Buu’s ki and drops to the ground to hide.  He notices the Majin advancing on the injured Kaio-shin and wants to attack, but Krillin talks him out of it.  Buu is about to turn Kaio-shin into candy when Babidi’s ship suddenly explodes!  Everyone looks on in surprise, and out from the rubble emerges Majin Vegeta!  Babidi cannot fathom why his disciple destroyed his spaceship as Buu and Vegeta smile at each other.  Vegeta asks, “How could Buu kill Gohan?” which saddens Piccolo to hear of his best friend’s death.  The Saiya-jin Prince insults Buu and enrages the pink monster, with steam shooting out of his pours.  Buu chants, “Gonna kill you” as Babidi gives the order to kill Vegeta.  As Vegeta stares at his foe, he sees an image of Goku.  As clips of Goku defeating Frieza and Cell are shown, Vegeta speaks of how Goku was always a step ahead of him, and as Goku saved his life, Goku died.  Now he plans to do something this time.

Vegeta powers up, vowing to take Buu to hell with him.  He unleashes and scores a knee to Buu’s face followed by some punches and kicks.  He then sends a crushing kick to the side of Buu’s head, knocking the monster to the ground.  Trunks roots his father on as Buu stands and regenerates the wounds to his own body.  This is only the start of the fight, but will Vegeta have enough to defeat Buu?
