Summary:

Tao Pai Pai the Assassin
At the sanctuary, the father thanks Goku for helping his son. Goku tells him it was nothing, since that guy was part of the army. Goku then then sees the Dragon Ball in the Indian's hand, which is his grandpa's! Goku yells out what it is, making Goku ask if he can see it? The Indian asks if he is looking too, but gives it anyway. Goku looks a little closer, seeing that it is indeed his grandpa's ball! He gets happy and jumps around, while the man asks what the ball is for? At RR HQ, Blue is riding in a car getting closer to the gates.  A guard tells him to back away, unless he wants to die. Blue smiles and kills him right away by snapping his neck with his elbow. The other guard recognizes him, remembering that it's Blue and asks for forgiveness. Blue asks him to just hurry and get the gate open. Inside, Tao Pai Pai is present, telling everyone that he is Tao Pai Pai, master assassin! Red thanks him for coming, while Tao Pai Pai cuts the chit chat, saying that his prices are not cheap. Red smiles, saying that he was prepared for that. Tao Pai Pai explains that he kills for 100 million zeni, making Black almost choke on his own breath after hearing that. Tao Pai Pai does tell him, however, that it is his 20th anniversary, and will charge him half price, for only 50 million zeni. Red, bug eyed, thanks him, while Black tells him that he had better be the real Tao Pai Pai. Tao smiles, asking if he wants a demonstration? Black waves his hand, saying that it's alright with him.

Blue then knocks, making Black ask who it is? Blue calls out his name, making Red allowing him to come in. Blue comes in, and salutes, while telling Red he's ready to receive instruction. Red congratulates him on coming back, while Blue tells him that it was not easy, stealing planes and cars and whatnot. Red tells him that that was not what he meant, but that he actually came back after not getting the Dragon Balls from a kid! Blue stammers back, saying that it couldn't be helped, but he did get the radar. Blue gets it out, saying that they may zoom in and out as the like, plus pinpointing the balls exactly! Black is impressed with the size of it, while Blue tells them also that it shows all seven Dragon Balls! Red is impressed as well, but the mission was to get the Dragon Balls back! Red goes on to say that no one who completes his assignments will be executed.

Blue cannot believe Red's words, but Red gives him a second chance. Since he has accomplished so much for the Red Ribbon in the past, if he fights Tao Pai Pai and wins, he will be spared. Blue thanks him, with both Blue and Tao Pai Pai now in a fighting room. In the room, Blue asks if he is the world's greatest assassin, making Tao ask if he wants an autograph? Blue laughs at him, saying if he's the world's greatest, then Blue is the universe's! Tao, before the fight, says that he will charge for this man's kill to, allowing Red to say it's okay. Also, before the fight, Tao tells Blue that he will use only his tongue, making Blue feel confident about this fight. Black then initiates the fight, making Blue jump towards Tao to kick him. Tao dodges, sticks out his tongue, and hits Blue on his temple on his head. The force is so much for Blue, that he becomes paralyzed, then falls on the ground, dead.

Tao licks his lips, wondering if he will ever find a good opponent. Red and Black are scared stiff, seeing that Blue was taken down by one blow, which makes him horribly deadly. Tao then asks who his real target, making Red pull out a picture of Goku. Tao studies it, asking if this boy is really their pest? Black tells him he is, while also saying he is very strong. Tao does not care who it is, as long as he gains pay for his services.  Black tells him okay, while Red tells him that he has four balls on him, and would like them. Black shows him what kind of balls they are, while Red also says if anyone else gets in his way, to kill that person.

Tao understands, while also saying that the target is at Karin, about 2,300 kilometers out Northeast. Black tells him that they have a jet all ready for him, making Tao say that that will be too slow. He goes over to a pillar, asking if he may use this instead? Red doesn't understand, but Tao jumps up, barely hitting the top part and then hits the bottom part, making it freely movable. Tao then thinks out loud, that it may take him about thirty minutes, if it's 2,300 kilometers. He then throws the pillar and jumps right after it, jumping right back on it, flying to his destination. Black is surprised once more about Tao, while Red laughs at him, saying that they practically have the balls!

Back at the Karin Sanctuary, the father is now well known with the Dragon Balls and the wish. Goku explains he doesn't want anything, but just wants his grandpa's ball. Goku then asks what that big pillar sticking out of the ground is there for? The father tells Goku that it's the pillar that leads to the sacred sanctuary of Karin, all the way up in the heavens. Anyone that climbs the tower with his or her bare hands will find a hermit master up there. The hermit has a sacred water, that if anyone drinks it, will gain unimaginable strength. For generations, this Indian's guardians have been protecting this spot from evil. Goku is really amazed and asks if he has ever went up it? The Indian explains that he did try it once, but did not succeed, nor does he know anyone who has succeeded. Goku thinks it must be really tall and wouldn't be good to use Kintoun either. All the while while Goku and the Indians are talking, Tao has now reached Karin.
