Summary:

The Assimilation
Nail stood over Piccolo, as though was the one who defeated the Namekian, saying this guy has little life left. Nail looked up to say that he must be the Namekian the earthlings spoke of, so they have must gotten their wish. Piccolo told that this guy must be familiar with details, so then he also knows he must leave now to save those brats and allow this man to die. Nail made Piccolo stay by talking about whatever training Piccolo went through, it seems to have brought out great power, but if he had been a true Namekian, joined together, he would be able to defeat Freeza. Piccolo asked if he was telling that if he joined with that cursed Kami again, he could beat that jerk Freeza? Nail told that’s true, him being crushed by Freeza’s power, but he does understand the limits now. Piccolo told that there’s nothing he can do now, and has no desire to rejoin with that fool again! Nail then asked for them both to be assimilated, that he is indeed the last warrior of Namek. Piccolo asked what did he mean, with him? Nail said yes, that together, their strength will increase many fold.

Piccolo looked away, saying that’s okay, but no thanks, that he has no desire to share a personality, because he wants to be himself. Nail told him to hurry and put his, Piccolo’s, hand on his body, but do not worry, that personality will change, that he shall just be a catalyst for a power up. Piccolo told that he had better not be lying, as Nail said if he thinks he’s lying, then go on and fight Freeza and just see how much you fare again him. Piccolo didn’t know whether to call his bluff or not, finally leaning down to say he will give it a try, but if he doesn’t like it, he will kick Nail out! Nail smiled for his last time, saying he thinks of only Namek and the hope of the universe, which he hopes works out for Piccolo. Piccolo told he’s in a hurry, resting his hand on nail’s chest. Nail then said you have to promise to defeat him. Piccolo told he does not need reminders, which he wants to. Nail smirked, and then made an aura go around his body, making Piccolo feel something come inside of him. Nail closed his eyes and allowed his power to go to Piccolo, as Piccolo looked with fearful eyes. Piccolo then felt the last surge of power go on, then saw nothing in front of him, giving out short breathes. He saw a tiny bit of blood on the ground near him, but stood up to stare at himself.

He looked at his hands, then saying that this can’t be, he doesn’t believe it! He then yelled that this power is so awesome, super, and incomprehensible! He yelled out that this is assimilation, gave a good smirk of a champion, and then threw his hands in the air, yelling he can win, that no matter who his opponent is, he can win! He then speed off, several times faster than before, with a huge aura around his body, leaving laughter to echo behind him. Where Freeza stood now, he was gaining power from a short power up, as everyone watched on. Gohan trembled with fright, as Krillin said this guy’s power level is to high, that they can’t beat him! Freeza said it’s not impossible, just like it’s not impossible for three ants to beat a dinosaur! Vegeta said that they can win, if all three work together, making Gohan and Krillin look with curious eyes. Freeza scratched his nose, giving a good laugh, saying that Vegeta has now become a dreamer! Vegeta then said that no one can seem to understand, that that earthlings power keeps rising, and the small runt has sleeping powers that no one can dream of! Vegeta then said that he is becoming what Freeza has always feared, a Super Saiyan! Freeza thought about it for a moment, and then said that he is so glad to have paused to speak now. He then said if he is a Super Saiyan, and then gave a charge right at Vegeta with great strength, screaming that he will die! Vegeta caught Freeza’s hard hitting punch with his left hand, making both fighters struggle over power to see who can topple who.

Freeza actually looked a little worried from Vegeta’s strength, then coming in with his left hand, which Vegeta caught with his right. Now, both fighters just appeared to be powering up to push the other away, with a huge aura around both. Vegeta struggled greatly, as Freeza just concentrated on his scouter, asking what is this!? Freeza’s scouter then broke suddenly, making both fighters jump back. Vegeta gave out several breaths of air, while Freeza stood still as a mountain, finally speaking he understands, that Vegeta wasn’t bluffing then. Gohan thought to himself for a moment, that maybe Vegeta is right, that if they fight together, they could win. Krillin also thought to himself, saying this is good, that Vegeta has gone through some heavy power training, but then, why is Freeza so calm? Vegeta then told Freeza to transform, to show his true self now and let everyone know whom he really is. Freeza wondered how Vegeta knew, asking how did you find out. Vegeta told that Zarbon is not entirely all trustworthy, making Gohan and Krillin ask he can transform? Freeza then opened his eyes widely, gave a smile full of teeth, saying that’s okay, if he wants to see it so badly, then he will gladly show it off!
