Summary:

Fear from Not Long Ago
After much anticipation, the Tenkaichi Budoukai tournament finally came to a close, with Goku learning how to fly, as well as defeating Kami's arch rival, Piccolo! In five years time, Goku had a son named Gohan with his new wife, Chi Chi. However, peace didn't last long after that. Goku learned from a new fighter that he is a Saiyan and the opponent is his brother, Radditz! Radditz kidnapped Goku's son and went off, in hopes that Goku would join him on his conquest to rule the world. Goku, of course, tried to figure out a way to end this without his son dying or anyone else as well. Piccolo came to the rescue, asking to team up with Goku in hopes of opposing this new threat. Goku reluctantly agreed and the two set off. They both fought long and hard, with Radditz holding the win for sure. However, Piccolo came up with a new plan, which was to use the Makankousapou on Radditz, creating an instant kill. The first try didn't work, but when Gohan came from captivity, he proved his strength is much more than his uncle, weakening him with only one blow to the stomach. Goku, in plenty of pain from recent attacks, holds Radditz with all his might and yells for Piccolo to try the attack again! Piccolo does so, killing both Radditz and Goku. Goku goes on with Kami Sama and Piccolo takes Gohan with him, in order to train, because in one year, two more powerful Saiyans will arrive, ready to take the Dragon Balls.
