Dragonball Z Episode
122: Last Ditch Effort
After the massacre caused by the
Androids, Krillen is left to help everyone out with the remaining
sensu beans as the diabolic artificial humans fly off to find Goku. He
feeds everyone the specially grown magic beans, and they are all fully
cured.
Vegeta stands isolated from the group,
his anger growing to a peak until he finally cannot take anymore, and
flies off in a fit of rage. His pride has been badly damaged from the
battle, and he is desperate for revenge. Trunks looks on worriedly,
but Krillen assures him that Vegeta just needs a bit of time, and is
not one to run from a fight.
With the four warriors remaining, they
decide to formulate a plan to outsmart the cunning Androids. Tien is
to go to get Chao-zu from the Kame house and train with him,
imminently becoming stronger so that he may one day be a match for the
fiendish Androids. Krillen and Trunks are asked to go and get Goku,
then bring him to the Kame house to hide him for a while in an effort
to buy them some time while he heals.
Krillen questions what Piccolo is going
to do, referring to him as "Buddy" but only angers the Namek
massively, and sends him into a frenzy of rage as he throws an energy
ball down at the three humanoids, making them dive backwards rapidly
to avoid it. He shouts that he is doing what he wants, and if any
tries to follow him they will be sorry, then flies off shocking Trunks
and Tien. Krillen just smirks though, he knows what Piccolo is doing,
noticing the direction that he flew off in.
Tien and Trunks stand in suspense,
wondering where Piccolo was heading until Krillen broke the news to
them that he was going in the general direction of Kami, and is going
to use. That's why he was in such a vile mood, he hates the Namekian
guardian, and is under a lot of stress. Everyone is reassured, and
they go off to proceed with their part of the plan.
Piccolo arrives on Kami's lookout, and
instantly puts on his weighted clothing again, and walks up to Kami,
face to face. The elder Namek knows why Piccolo has come, and he too
feels that they may have to go through with this, but doesn't want to
just yet. The younger Namek arrogantly taunts Kami, then walks off
over to the edge of the lookout, and begins meditating, refusing to
budge until he has had his wish granted. The idea of fusion shows how
desperate the two are, and they need to complete it in order to defeat
the evil Androids.
