Summary:

Frightening Enigma
Yamu and Supopobichi fly off farther, with Yamu thinking that the Majin can be resurrected and Babidi can be pleased! They fly off more and more, with Kaioushin trailing behind, across the water. Back at the ring, Videl comes to Gohan's aid now, while everyone wonders how Videl can do that, since she just got badly injured? Krillin wonders if she can go too, because he has a bad feeling. Krillin tells Goku to go ahead, since he wants to see 18. Goku says okay, but Vegeta reminds him about the fight, even if the guy is Kaioushin! Goku says that now is not the time, but Vegeta yells to not cheat him out now. Vegeta grew really angry, saying he wants to settle the fight between them once and for all! He yelled that's why he came to this contest, but Goku explains that they don't have to fight at the Budoukai, but later! Vegeta reminds that that can't, since Goku only has one day on earth! Goku tells him to just follow him and they'll fight later. Piccolo jumped in the air suddenly, saying that he's going! Goku jumped to Kibito, asking if it was okay for him to leave Gohan with him, Kibito? Kibito explains that as soon as Gohan's better, he will come and Gohan will probably come along. Goku smiled as though he understood, and jumped for the clouds. Vegeta cursed him, jumping behind, yelling he doesn't like this! 18 tells Krillin she won't go, since they won't give him money? Krillin reminds her to not kill anyone, while 18 warns if anything dangerous happens, then come back! Krillin waves good-bye, as Gohan asks where everyone is going? Kibito instructs if he goes, he can find out.

Two doctors beg Kibito to put Gohan on a stretcher, as Kibito says to just shut up and watch. Kibito puts his hands on Gohan's chest, pulsing chi into Gohan's body. Like senzu, Gohan's eyes suddenly grow huge, but Kibito is not down. Kibito wonders more, asking why isn't he at full power and if there is any limit? He knows now, with all this pure energy, why those two fighters wanted him. "Mighty Mask" watched from above the arena, with Trunks asking what happened and why did Goten's brother lose? And he also says that their dad's flew somewhere, as Goten explains he hopes Gohan is alright. Kibito then finishes, saying that he's fine now. Gohan gets up with ease, still kind of confused, but the doctors really surprised! Videl calls for Gohan's name, while Gohan asks Kibito what is he? Kibito turns his back, saying to come with him and he will explain. He flies off, Gohan watching, and Mr. Satan asking where Videl is? A referee says she's over on the ring, making Mr. Satan angry that she's still with the brat! He threatens that even though he has those strange beans, he still doesn't like him! Videl ask if she can come along, making Gohan confused. Videl explains she wants to know more, creating Gohan to ponder over a decision. Gohan says that she probably shouldn't, that it could be dangerous. Videl tells that she won't get in the way, but follow only. Gohan makes her promise if things get bad, then run! Videl says okay, making Gohan say to go! They both fly off, flying quickly to Kibito.

Mr. Satan's neck grows outward and his eyes huge, repeating over and over that she's flying! The referee says that it's popular, with Mr. Satan saying a Japanese joke about flying girls. The ref says that that is an old joke, while Bulma and Chi Chi wonder what happened and having a bad idea. Yamcha says that something will happen, with the announcer almost saying the Budoukai is practically gone. Kaioushin then sees more fighters, telling them when they catch up he's glad they came. He admits that without them, he wouldn't have won. Goku asks if he can't beat those two, with Kaioushin saying that's not it, but those two are just pawns now, by a cunning magician. Piccolo asks if he said magician, making Kaioushin say yes. Kaioushin retells the tale that before human's were evolving, there was a magician named Bibidi. He explains that one day, Bididi made an incredible monster; a monster named Buu. He puts the characteristics of Buu as fearless and emotionless, born to kill and destroy. He threatens more, saying that in only a hundred years, Buu destroyed several hundred planets. Vegeta just says in his head that Saiyans can do that.

Kaioushin tells Vegeta that's wrong, making Vegeta surprised. Kaioushin explains that around that time, there were five Kaioushins. He describes them all to be able to kill Freeza with one blast, but four were annihilated by Buu. Goku then screamed softly, saying it's scary! Vegeta got angry, saying that that's a jerk, going into fear like that. Kaioushin explained further that Buu's power put a strain on Bibidi, so he had to seal Buu up in a ball to rest. All the while, Kibito is explaining the same story to Gohan and Videl, saying that he sealed Majin Buu and brought him to earth, as his next target. Kibito puts the motive that Kaioushin has been waiting until then, when he could stop the unsealing of Buu, Kaioushin killed Bibidi. It goes on a the egg, with veins around it and four quadrants, saying he decided to not destroy Buu, but left it there. He explains that Kaioushin thought that it would be best to leave it along, since only Bibidi could break the seal. Kibito then warns, that they recently discovered something terrible. Kaioushin then gets angry, explaining Bibidi has a child! He puts a name with a magician, saying he's as evil as his father and his name is Babidi!
