Summary:
Krillin vs. Jackie Chun
The announcer, well, announcers Goku's victory to the stadium! His tiny size
shouldn't be taken for granted, since he was trained with his partner, Krillin.
He then asks if the two would come up, for a small interview. Bulma and her
friends, on the side, say that they should worry for their lives, rather than
talk about the past, if the moon is coming out tonight. Krillin, with Goku on
the main fighting floor, asks why he didn't mention about his tail? Goku tells
him that it fell off, but now it's back! The announcer comes up to Goku and
Krillin, congratulating them on making it to the semi-finals. He knows that
Krillin is thirteen, but he points the microphone in Goku's direction, asking
how old he is? Goku looks at the microphone, asking why he wants him to have
that? Krillin tells him that it so it makes your voice louder! Everyone roars
with laughter, seeing how senile this young boy is. The announcer covers it up,
by saying their both fighters and comedians, but now, if he could answer the
question. Goku starts counting on his fingers and then says he's twelve. Krillin
reminds him that he said he was fourteen. Goku agrees with him, but goes to say
that the Old Timer taught him that after eleven, comes twelve! Everyone laughs
together, knowing this boy is very strong, but very slow. Bulma realizes now
that he should be twelve, since he never noticed how hot she was. The announcer
says that Krillin is not the youngest, but second youngest now! Krillin
complains about him being younger, while Goku remarks that he's still taller.
The announcer moves on to ask about Goku's tail, if it's real or not? Krillin
agrees with him, asking about that people don't grow tails automatically. Goku
tells him he doesn't know, but will let everyone see. He pulls down his pants
and moons everyone in the arena, showing that it's connected.
Everyone laughs once more, while Krillin demands that he pulls his pants back
up. The announcer bends down, telling them that if they planned this, they will
get in trouble. The announcer changes gears, and goes on to say that they are
both from the same dojo, so who was their trainer? Krillin tells him that it
wasn't a dojo, but they were trained under Muton Roshi, the Invincible Old
Master. The announcer gasps, finding out that their trainer was Kamesennin!
Everyone now realizes why they're so good and could be the only way. The
announcer asks once more, if they mean Muton Roshi, while Krillin agrees, saying
that he doesn't take pupils anymore, but they were an exception. The announcer
praises Kamesennin, knowing that his training style still goes on! What a feat
to see his fighting style today! And something else, who would have thought, he
was still alive! Jackie Chun then flips on the ground, anime style, after
hearing this. Yamcha walks up to Jackie Chun, asking if he could have a word.
Yamcha then asks the question that's been drilling his mind, is he really Muton
Roshi? Jackie Chun remarks that he is no one else than Jackie Chun. The
announcer concludes by saying that Krillin's fight is about to come up, but it
shouldn't bother him, being a student of Kamesennin! Krillin tries to agree with
him, but he gets really nervous. Yamcha, still trying to convince Jackie Chun
he's Kamesennin, by his looks, his fighting style, and the way he looks at
woman! The announcer then asks for Jackie Chun to please come forward, making
Jackie Chun escape from his interrogation. Yamcha thinks that it's just
coincidence now, but he will pay close attention to this match.
Jackie Chun steps out, giving everyone a hello. The announcer tells Krillin that
he'll soon be one on one with Jackie Chun, so he had better get ready. Jackie
Chun gets mad, asking if he would interview him at least once, making the
announcer stammer on over to him. Jackie Chun grabs the microphone, and starts
singing. He sings about himself, girls, and perverted anecdotes to try and make
woman impressed. Along the lines of dancing, Goku dances with him, and after
they get done, they both shake hands and Jackie Chun gives back the microphone.
The announcer stands around for a couple seconds, wondering what happened, then
yells out for match number five to begin! Krillin and Jackie Chun stare each
other now, until Krillin jumps straight towards him, trying to punch Jackie, but
Jackie does a back flip away. Krillin is right on his tail, and goes in for a
kick, but misses. Krillin then tries to kick him in the head, but Jackie ducks.
Krillin then goes for multiple punches to Jackie's face, but he dodges those
too. Krillin then does one major punch, but Jackie hits it with hand,
complimenting him on his quick speed. Jackie Chun and Krillin both jump
backwards, with Jackie in a fighting stance. Jackie shows off his speed, by
staying in the same position, but hitting Krillin with his hand. Krillin flies
back to the wall, making Goku and Yamcha surprised to see this. Krillin makes
the excuse, that he didn't even see the punch at all, while wiping blood from
his "nose."
