Summary:

Bulma and Goku - Round 2
Goku yells out for Bulma to come out now, while the officer tells him to not yell so loud and can use an intercom. The officer pushes a button, saying if Bulma is home now, but a robot tells him that Bulma is at school now. The officer tells Goku that all he can do is wait if he wants, while Goku says that he will and he can leave. The officer says that he won't get away so easily, because he doesn't know if he just lured a lunatic to her house. He goes on to say that Capsule Corp. is a giant, world-wide company, and if anything happened to it, he would be held responsible. Goku the starts to smell Bulma's scent, making the police officer ask if he actually said that? Goku points up, saying that she's up there. Bulma flies on in an air bike and stops in front of her house, while Goku yells out for Bulma. She takes off her goggles and looks over to see Goku. Bulma yells out that it's Goku, asking if he really found his way here. Goku tells her that the police man helped him, while Bulma looks at him, and the police man saying if she really is the daughter of the president of Capsule Corporation. She says yes and thanks him for the help. Bulma asks why he's here, making Goku say that the radar is broken and needs help to fix it. Bulma says she'll help and just to follow her. While they were talking, the police officer was trying to smell Bulma, coming to realize he can't smell anything. Before they go in, the police man says that he would be grateful if they looked at his scooter, because it's been having some problem lately. Bulma agrees to fix it and for him to come on in. While going to the door, the police man says that they were told that she is supposed to be in school, so why is she here? Bulma tells him that it was boring, so she decided to cut.

Bulma walks on in, saying that she's home. A robot welcomes her in, making Goku say that this place is full of weirdoes. The police officer then scolds her for cutting class. Bulma asks where her dad is, making the robot say in the garden. Goku compliments Bulma on her house, while she pushes a button to go to the garden. Goku screams out that they're outside again, seeing the lush green, and wild animals roaming around the room. Bulma says that they aren't outside, but the first floor is merely a garden. Bulma looks up at a floating robot, asking if it could bring dad to her. The police man asks if those are all their animals, making Bulma say yes, since her dad likes to rescue stray dogs, cats, and dinosaurs. Bulma then says hi to her dad, as he rides on in on his bike, with that cigarette in his mouth. He asks how she's doing, while Bulma says that this Goku, the one she told him about. He says that he's glad to meet him, as he gets off his bike. He goes on to say that, while talking to the police man, Bulma told him that he was small fry, but he turns out to be a tall guy. He also asks if he's only twelve? The police man doesn't know how to respond to that, when Bulma's dad looks over at Goku, saying that he's the shrimp! Goku says he's glad to meet him, while the police man asks if this is Dr. Briefs, the one who invented the capsule? Dr. Briefs goes on to exaggerate Goku, saying that he's heard he was really strong. Bulma tells her father that she wants to go upstairs with Goku, while he fixes the police man's scooter. He asks if they are going to make out or something, making Bulma yell at him that they will do no such thing! Goku asks what is making out, making Bulma say that he shouldn't know that now!

Meanwhile, at the Red Ribbon Army HQ, Commander Red asks if the kid went to West City, saying that there are no Dragon Balls there. A high ranking officer rushes to Red, saying that they have a visual of the kid that attacked General White. Red examines the picture, seeing a small boy, and getting angry that this brat stole the Dragon Balls from him. He grits his teeth, saying that he just absolutely loathes this. Red gathers a plan together, saying that he will try to go after every ball, so they need to fax this picture to every unit around the world. The orders are, if you see the kid, kill him on sight. Red grows angrier, saying that they have a radar capable of locating the balls, but they have no clue how to find them, while the kid just walks up and grabs them. Black tells Red that he must have a radar that is more sophisticated than theirs, which is just what Bulma and Goku are building now. Bulma fixes a small wire, closes it, and says that it's all fixed now. Bulma looks at the radar, saying that he only has two. He must be taking it easy looking for them. Goku smiles, saying he's had a wild ride to get them actually. Bulma thinks for a moment, thinking tomorrow is Saturday, so she offers to help Goku on his quest, once again. Goku gives his thanks, but she will just get in the way. Bulma yells that if she started with him from the start, he would have found his grandpa's ball weeks ago! Goku reminds her that she can't ride Kintoun, and he doesn't feel like carrying her. Bulma puts up her wrist, saying that she has a new invention. Goku asks what that is, making her say that it's a micro-watch.

Bulma demonstrates, by pushing the button, and then shrinks down to be no smaller than Goku's knee. Goku is very impressed, while Bulma says that Goku can just carry her in his pouch. Just then, a foot smashes Bulma to the ground. The person tells Goku that she is glad to meet him, and that she is Bulma's mom. Bulma grows herself to normal size and starts to chew her mom out, saying to watch where she walks! Bulma's mom tells her that she would appreciate it if she didn't get under feet, and also be careful where she shrinks herself. Bulma counter argues, saying that she shouldn't barge in on people either! Bulma's mom feels sorry for Bulma's behavior and offers Goku some sake. Bulma screams that she shouldn't give alcohol to small children! Bulma's mom asks why she is so rebellious, which makes Bulma go over the edge, practically pulling her hair out. Goku then asks where is Oolong and Yamcha? Bulma's mom says that Oolong, Yamcha, and Puar are all in school. But, Yamcha is fighting with Bulma right now, since he's so strong, and all the girls seem to just love him. Bulma yells out that she is going to look for the Dragon Balls with Goku and will find a much better handsome guy too! Bulma's mom starts to blush, saying that she should come along too, so she can find someone. Bulma refuses to that offer and puts a jacket on, telling Goku to get ready.

Down below, Dr. Briefs is helping the police man, saying that she should really fly now. The police man thanks him greatly and that this is a great honor. Bulma walks in on them, asking if her dad has found her capsule case. Dr. Briefs says it's on his desk and also if they're going anywhere? Bulma tells him that she is going to help Goku on his Dragon Ball quest, making Dr. Briefs say that if they find all seven, if they can wish him a pretty girl? Bulma yells at him to shut up and gets ready to go. Outside, Bulma, Goku, and the police man figure out that the next ball is 8,000 KM to the southeast. Goku yells out for Kintoun, while Bulma decides it's time to shrink herself. Bulma puts herself in Goku's pouch, saying it's time to go. They fly off, making the police officer very confused. He starts up his bike and sky rockets down the road. Goku and Bulma continue on, while the police man accidentally runs a red light and crashes into a person. Also, Dr. Briefs comes to a horrible realization. Bulma has taken his capsules by mistake!
