Summary:
Go West, Young Goku...
Goku and Eight Man are filling their aces now with food from Snow's mom, while
in the middle of Goku's dinner, asks if he wants more. We all know Goku's say
yes. ^_^ Snow can't believe he can eat that much, while Goku stuffs his face
full of rice. Goku thanks them for the snack, while everyone can't believe he
calls it that. Snow's father thanks Eight Man and Goku again for saving the
village, because he it seemed like harsh months ahead. The mayor gives his
thanks too, while the mother can't believe they went all through that for a
single ball. Snow's father remembers that too, saying that they really didn't
find the ball at all. Eight Man thinks a bit, reaches in his coat, and pulls out
a two star ball, asking if they were looking for this? Goku says that that's
what they were looking for, while Snow's father ask how he got that? Eight Man
explains that he was just walking around one day and found it. Later, he heard
some people saying they were looking for it and would kill the villagers for it,
so he hid it. Everyone can't believe the story, while the mayor screams out that
he has great courage and would be eternally grateful if he stayed with him.
Eight Man questions that, but the mayor tells him that he wants him to live in a
nice place. Goku pats Eight Man on the back, saying that that's what he wanted,
to live with normal people. The mayor is excited about it, while Eight Man says
that he's nothing more than an android. The mayor says that he is actually more
human than some people in the world, making Eight Man start to cry, saying that
he is nice. Eight Man looks over to Goku, asking if he wants to stay too? Goku
says that he can't, that the ball wasn't his grandpa's, so he has to go out and
look for the others. Eight Man tells him that he will miss him, but Goku pushes
up his spirits, saying he'll visit soon.
Snow's mother tries to convince to stay the night, since he had a very long day.
Goku agrees, while the mayor allows Eight Man to stay the night with his new
friends, and will let him say good-bye in the morning. Eight Man thanks him, and
they all say good-bye to the mayor. Getting ready for bed, Snow examines the two
balls Goku has, saying that they're very pretty. Goku says that she can have
them, but Snow gives them back to Goku, saying that the Red Ribbon will come and
try to get them. Goku agrees to it, while Eight Man asks if the radar Goku has
with him is the one that General White wanted so badly? Goku says it is and
offers a demonstration. But, when he pushes the button, nothing happens. Goku
starts to get worried and then realizes the awful truth. It's broken. Most
likely, he had it in his pocket during his fights. Eight Man says that he's good
with machines and will try to help. Eight Man opens it up, while Goku asks if he
can fix it? Eight Man tells him that it is way too complicated and whoever built
it must have been a genius. Goku must fix it, so he has to go find Bulma now.
Goku asks Snow that he thinks Bulma lives in West City, but doesn't know the
direction. Snow thinks a while and then points to her wall, saying that that way
is west. Eight Man says that if must be very far and how will he get there? Goku
tells him that he'll walk, making Snow cry out to his statement. Snow wishes
they had a car for him, but they can pack him with lots of food. Goku thanks her
and then they start to get into bed. While in bed, Eight Man snuggles his covers
up to his chin, saying that it feels good to sleep on his first futon.
The next morning, Goku tells Snow's father his plan, making him ask if he really
wants to walk? Goku says that he does, since his Kintoun got blown up. Just
then, an old man walks up to him, saying that he knows what a Kintoun. He asks
Goku if he can really fly the magic cloud, making Goku say that he does. The old
man explains that when he was a young boy, many Kintoun flew around, while the
mayor, being old as well, agrees on the story. However, only pure can fly it, so
that's why there aren't very many around anymore. The mayor tells Goku that if
he can fly a cloud, then he really is amazing. Goku explains that it was blown
up, while the old man tells him that Kintoun cannot be blown up. He just needs
to call it. Goku says that he never though of that, so Goku yells out for
Kintoun to come. In the distance, a small cloud comes, making Goku heartily
happy about his prize. As Kintoun lands, Goku gives it a hug, saying he's glad
to see it. Goku jumps on, saying that he will go now. Eight Man tells Goku that
he is really grateful for his help, while Snow yells to not get hurt by the Red
Ribbon. Goku waves good-bye, saying good-bye to Eight Man and the villagers.
Goku then gives the command to Kintoun to go to West City! Goku screams off,
sailing quickly towards his destination. Later, he gets out of the cloud, takes
off his clothes, and starts to eat. His smile grows bigger as he gets closer,
almost seeing his grandpa's Dragon Ball with him. |
