Summary:

Chased to Penguin Village!
The Penguin Village loudspeaker announces that it is afternoon in Penguin Village now. At the school, Akane, with Tsuku Tsun, the Gajiras, Obochaman, Peesuke, and even Arial have one more day until summer vacation. Akane is happy to know she's practically on vacation, when Peesuke asks if she has any plans? Akane says she has plenty, which is to do nothing! Akane asks if anyone else will do something. Tsuku Tsun says these exact words, "I kung fu train very hard!" Obochaman says he'll work hard to pay for his kitty's food, and Peesuke says he will do his homework. Akane tells them that they're nothing but goody two shoes, when Senbei comes in and does a peace sign. Akane asks what he's doing, so he explains that it's been so long since he's been in the comics, he just wanted to do to that. Akane tells him to be more of a man and to not sneak around comics and make small appearances. He curses her, but goes back in his car, and drives off. Taro then rides up with a girl on his bike, saying hello to everyone. Akane tells him that it's just like him to show up now. Also, is he playing hooky as the officer? He tells them that he's on vacation as of today and is riding off now. He bikes on, saying good-bye to them, as well as the girl in the back.

Obochaman asks what is Arial going to do with the Gajiras? Ariel, with the Gajiras, yell that they're going to play giant monsters! Akane sighs out, saying that's all she does. Ariel says good-bye, saying also that they can play tomorrow. Tsuku Tsun's parents then come up, giving the peace sign, making Tsuku Tsun say for them to stop it, because it's embarrassing. Ariel waves good-bye to Peesuke, while his father comes up and gives a peace sign. Peesuke pleads his father to stop, when Suupaaman, the butt-faced alien, and his counter-part come up and give the peace sign. Akane desperately wants to leave now. Ariel says good-bye to Akane, while Akane demands her mother to not do the peace sign! Her mother has no clue what she's talking about, while Kinoko, on her bike, tells them they're just losers. Ariel says good-bye to the last friend with her, Obochaman, saying to have a good vacation. Ariel "flies" and runs to her house, while looking up and seeing two fliers go by.

Goku chases behind Blue, saying for him to give him back the Dragon Balls now! Blue tells him he's persistent, so he needs to go faster. Blue pushes a button, increasing his speed. Ariel wonders why they were flying overhead, while Goku tells his Kintoun to go faster. It obeys Goku, catching right up to Blue. Goku makes a face at him, while Blue screams in terror at his foe. Blue tells him that he could have never caught up to this rocket! Goku asks if he wants to fight, so he pulls his nyoibo out. Blue hits the plane, making it turn right around. The plane goes off, making Blue having to think up another plane. He wonders if he cuts the engine, that will work. He does so and they go back right over Ariel's house. Goku goes right behind him, asking if he gives up? Blue yells out that he will die and fires up the engines!

The rocket's flare hits Goku, making him go backwards, off his cloud. Blue laughs manically at him, telling him good-bye. However, Blue has not been aware of what is in front of him. He flies right into a mountain, with the plane blown up. Goku sees it and calls Blue an idiot! Goku lands on the ground, right next to Ariel and the Gajiras, with both saying hi. Goku then yells for his Kintoun to come back, which it does. He flies off, hoping that the balls aren't broken. Ariel calls Goku very cool and runs after him. Senbei gives one last peace sign, while Blue gets out of the wreckage, holding on the balls and the radar.
