Dragonball Episode 104: Come Back to Life, Son Goku!

(original, Japanese episode)

A hobo in a back alley watches as Bacterian fights Tambourine, and after having a punch blocked by the demon, Bacterian glows red and is fried by the monster, left dead on the road.  Back in Pilaf’s plane, Mai brings Piccolo Daimaoh a drink, but runs in fear after delivering the beverage.  Piccolo says he will create another warrior to search for the Dragon Balls, but his servant advises him not to because it will drain his energy and make him age even more.  Piccolo Daimaoh disregards the comment and decides to make a dragon-like warrior.  He then forces an egg out of his mouth as Pilaf and his henchman watch in horror.  Cymbal is born, a huge green dragon.  Piccolo Daimaoh send the new demon on his way to collect the next dragonball.  Shao mentions to Pilaf that he doesn’t think Piccolo appreciates them, and Pilaf immediately shuts him up.

Deep in the jungle, Goku regains consciousness and suffers from hunger.  He finds a tree that he mistakes for food, but the tree tries to eat him instead!  He next spots a kangaroo and gets beaten up by this animal!

Tambourine continues his search for the other Tenkaichi Budokai members, and it appears Wolf-Man is next on his hitless.

At Kamesennin’s, Tenshinhan and Chaozu are informed about the dragonballs by Bulma and Yamcha.  The others fear it will take too long to wish Kuririn back to life, but Bulma says she’ll make a refrigerated capsule for his body.  Kamesennin says, “A light gray…” which has everyone wondering if this is a new attack.  He just responds it’s the color of Bulma’s panties, which gets him an immediate smack.  Miss Lunch motions toward the TV, where a news broadcast mentions the murders and a symbol of a demon being left on the corpses.  Kamesennin says there is no way to protect the other fighters in the tournament and urges Bulma to make a new dragon radar.

A river is shown next, and Wolf-Man is floating face down with a stream of blood in front of him.  The demon symbol lies on his back.

Goku continues to walk through the jungle in search of food and stumbles across a fire cooking a fish.  He puts out the flames and digs in on the fish, leaving nothing but the bones.  Little does he know Cymbal is in pursuit of the next dragonball.  Goku then tests his power and destroys a boulder with one punch.  He vows to kill that monster Tambourine and calls for Kintoun, but remembers the cloud was destroyed.  Goku pulls out the dragon radar and finds out that a dragonball is near his location.  Goku is not alone in these woods.  Suddenly a huge boulder comes rolling at him, and he dodges it.  A fat pudgy man comes out of hiding complaining that Goku ate his fish, but who is this person Goku has met?
