Summary:

Tenshinhan's Determination!!
Piccolo, still on every TV monitor, tells everyone that he wants to bring about death quicker to this world and wants to have fun as well. He tells everyone that all over the world, there are certain districts, but does anyone know how many there are? He exclaims that there are forty-three. And he will destroy one of those forty-three districts today. And to make things interesting, the date today is May 9, the day Piccolo began ruling. Therefore, every year, on May 9, one of these districts will be destroyed. This world will eventually crumble by Piccolo, by each number. The evilness by which Piccolo will bring will spread far and wide, so that no one is safe. Yamcha curses him for saying this, while one of the King's guards asks if he can really rule for forty-three years? Then, Piccolo invites any foolish warrior to attack him, for his home is the King's Castle. Whoever comes, will surely die! Tenshinhan flies faster, watching Piccolo on his TV, with Piccolo saying that he will draw the first number now. Tenshinhan curses Piccolo, telling him that he is coming right now!

Piccolo reaches inside a box full of numbers, asking what the first district will be? Even now, Snow and her mother and father watch on, hoping it's not them. Piccolo, holding the card away from the camera, says that the first number is, and with that, turns the number to the TV, showing number twenty-nine. The number twenty-nine district will feel his wrath and he will go on his way right now! Yamcha screamed out a yelp, while Bulma screamed that that's West City! It's where her parents live! She begins to run to the phone, yelling at Tenshinhan to requests to not do the Mafuuba. They can then get the Dragon Balls and bring everyone alive. Tenshinhan doesn't agree, saying to watch the TV. The circumstances have gotten so far that the only choice is to do the Mafuuba. But, this is the second time he's actually seen it, and won't know what will happen. Bulma yells at him to stop, because in one year they can get the Dragon Balls and revive everyone! Tenshinhan tells her that that won't happen, since Piccolo, has killed Shen Long. Now what about that request? Bulma, Yamcha, and Oolong can't believe that Shen Long has died. Oolong then says that this world is going to die! Goku is gone and probably dead and now Tenshinhan is running off to die! Tenshinhan then yells that he's near the King's Castle now! Yamcha screams out that he needs a ride to get there and get there now!

Tenshinhan yells out that he's here, making Piccolo look up and ask to himself who was that. Tenshinhan swoops over and hovers next to Piccolo, yelling that he's above him and will stop him now! Piccolo tells his minion that it's someone willing to lose their life. His minion tells him that he agrees fully, while Piccolo thinks that this would be a perfect way to show everyone how serious he is about all this. After all, the king of the world needs to have a grand entrance. This is the second time some fool has come to him today, making his minion laugh. Off in the distance, Goku is catching up, greatly, while Piccolo and his minion jump off the building and onto the ground. Piccolo looks up and tells him to come and hurry to fight. Tenshinhan then gets up, saying that he can do it and is fighting for the whole world now. He picks up another Denshi Jar, saying it's good he finally built a new one. He then looks at it and discovers a crack in it! He sees it just in time, telling himself he must have cracked it open a bit when he was practicing! This changes everything now. Piccolo starts to yell out that he needs to come down and fight or go away, since he has to go to West City and destroy it!

Tenshinhan starts to grow nervous, dropping the jar, saying that he'll just have to fight with the strength he has, without the Mafuuba. Tenshinhan drops down, across from Piccolo. Piccolo tells him that it's impressive he knows how to fly, but it won't be enough. However, even if he does have enough strength, he must be a martial artist. Tenshinhan tells him he is and he will win. Piccolo tells him that will never happen, since he has become king of the world. But, he wants to have some fun, so he'll make a fighter for him. Tenshinhan gets a little confused, with Piccolo beginning to have an egg come out of his throat. He then spits it out, making Ten extremely surprised! The egg begins to crack and out comes a huge monster, much larger and stronger than the last ones. Piccolo tells him that he is a fighter and his name is Drum. And then he tells him that he will go after this fool and kill him! Tenshinhan begins to sweat and smile, saying that he might just not come out of this alive!
