Summary:

The Broken Dragon Radar
Blue, limping out of the wreckage, knows that he has to kill the brat in order for him to leave. He sees him in the air, knowing that he has come for the balls! Goku sees the broken plane, so he goes in for a landing. Blue hides, seeing that the best thing to do now would be to go to the Red Ribbon Army HQ. He jumps off a cliff and runs off. Goku looks through, seeing that the balls are gone. Goku thinks now that the guy has survived and ran off, but where? He looks on farther and sees Ariel come running buy. Goku says that they're the guys earlier and if they ran the whole way here? Ariel says she did, making Goku impressed, since she almost matched the speed of his Kintoun. Goku asks where they trained, but Ariel says she trained no where. Ariel asks what game are they playing, making Goku say this isn't a game, but bad guys. Goku yells for Kintoun, gets on, and looks around, finding no one. Blue, stopping by a phone booth, wonders how he can get back to headquarters. He sees a car coming and stops it.

The driver demands that he moves now, but Blue tells him that he must get out of his car. The man smiles, saying that he's a criminal. He gets out and looks at the booth, saying to himself that he'll regret this. He runs in, does a small ordeal, and runs out, yelling that he's Suupaa Man! (Suupaa in Japanese means sour, which is why his lips are so close together.) He tells him that he can eat anything sour and would be best if Blue didn't faint! Blue asks what does sour have to do with anything, making Suupaa Man say that he's from out of town, so it's no wonder he doesn't know. Suupaa Man yells out that he will demonstrate his power then! He jumps one foot to Blue, making Blue not flinch an inch. Suupaa Man then says since he's out of town, he'll let him go just this once. Blue walks over to the phone booth, picks up it up, and crushes it, making Suupaa Man scared.

Suupaa Man then asks if he can do anything for Blue? Blue asks if he can give him any car or airplane capsules, making Suupaa Man clueless what capsules are. Blue gets angry, saying that he must be way out far, if no one here knows what capsules are. Suupaa Man tells him that this place is rural, making Blue ask if anyone here owns a plane? Suupaa Man thinks a bit, saying that there is someone! Senbei Norimaki owns one, who is the father of Ariel. Suupaa Man explains if the follows the road, goes to the ocean, takes a left and keeps going, he'll find him. Blue thanks him and takes his car, making Suupaa Man bow again and again for doing so. Suupaa Man then says, when Blue is far away, that he'll let him off easy this time. Goku is still wondering where Blue is, while Ariel thinks he's playing hide and seek? Goku then remembers, he has the Dragon Radar! He tries to make it go, but it's broken again! Goku gets sad, seeing he has to go back to Bulma to fix it. Before going, Goku asks where he is? Ariel tells him that he is in Penguin Village! Goku got so caught up in trying to chase Blue, he didn't think to know where he is. He asks if she knows Kamesennin, but Ariel doesn't have a clue. Goku is really worried, wondering how he got here anyway. Ariel asks if his radar is broken, making Goku say yes.

Ariel says the doctor can fix it! Goku gets excited, asking if she really means it? Goku asks where the doctor lives, making Ariel say for her to ride a cloud like the Kintoun. Goku pulls her on, saying they have to be pure of heart. They pass the test an then fly off. Ariel explains that the house is where he fell. Goku flies off so fast, Ariel's hat flies right off. The finally make it, where Senbei is working on his airplane. He sees the cloud, wondering what is going on? Ariel tells him that that was lots of fun, making Goku say it sure is. Senbei with his wife, Midori, and son, Turbo, wondering who that person is. Ariel points to her father, saying that's the doctor. Goku says hello to Midori, making Ariel point to Senbei, saying that's the doctor. Goku asks if he can fix the thing for him, making Senbei ask what it is? Goku says it's a Dragon Radar! This makes Senbei confused, while Midori asks what does it do? Goku tells them that it locates Dragon Balls. Senbei is confused again, not knowing what Dragon Balls are.

Turbo tells them that it's an radar to detect energy from over the world. Senbei goes to his desk and pulls it open. When he opens it up, he is very amazed at the wiring of the product. Senbei tells himself that this is the most complicated thing he's ever seen. He then asks who made it, making Goku say that it was a girl named Bulma. Senbei is shocked to hear that a girl may be smarter than him, while Blue comes along to the house, getting closer and closer. (Note - Turbo is a flying child of Senbei and Midori, who is much smarter than Senbei and can use telekinesis, but Senbei doesn't know.)
