Dragon Ball Z Aura
Aura -
n. pl. au·ras or au·rae (ôr )
An invisible breath, emanation, or radiation.
Saiyan:
A normal state aura, with the
color very common be white. However, Vegeta has used different types, being
blue, yellow, and purple. This aura is usually powered up greatly right before
going Super Saiyan.
Pre-Super
Saiyan: Like I said before, a normal aura is usually channeled to great
extent until that power is turned yellow and the transformation is complete.
This is what some would call the catalyst to begin Super Saiyan. Each different
Saiyan usually has a colored aura of their own to go Super Saiyan (I.E. white to
yellow, blue to yellow, purple to yellow).
Super Saiyan: Usually
a golden yellow, when powered up or powering up. The chi flows around that
person's body, gaining more and more energy as long as the person keeps filling
his or her body with chi. The larger the chi and glow, the stronger the Saiyan
is. Usually, this happens in pre-fight, when both fighters begin to charge up
their energy.
The aura is usually steadily, but cannot keep a constant maximum the whole time
of the fight. If this happens, the fighter may become weaker and lose more power
than gaining.
However, during a fight, the aura may go down, signaling a loss of energy. There
is also a type of state when a Super Saiyan can be in a Super Saiyan state, but
have no aura going. However, the hair is still blonde/yellow, which means that
they are in a half normal/half Super Saiyan state.
When fighting, if the aura becomes so weak that it is near gone or fully gone,
then that Saiyan may have to return to normal state or completely die. Also when
weak, the aura cannot be retrieved so easily. Usually, the only way to gain back
his or her aura is to rest or eat a senzu. |
