Summary:

The Flexing of Muscle Tower
Goku, outside the doors of the second floor of Muscle Tower, wonders where the mayor could be. White then gets on the microphone, yelling a welcome to Goku to come into Muscle Tower. Goku wonders where he's talking from, while White goes on to say why would he want to come here? Goku yells that he came to rescue the mayor! White laughs and then says the stairs are in front of him, so he can come up if he likes, all the way to the top floor. However, will he make it all the way up to the top? Goku yells that he will and opens up the door, walking inside. Goku sees a bunch of soldiers, while one of them asks if he's brave or stupid? Another asks White through a speaker if they can kill him, making White yell out yes! The man then walks up to Goku, saying he won't be much, but can still be fun. He slowly kicks him, making Goku dodge it and kick him hard in the chest across the room. Everyone gets bug eyed, but then pulls out knives and guns, saying that he will die now. Goku charges them, hitting one, kicking another, and dodging bullets. Goku appears behind another, hitting him across the back. After the fight, Goku works up a sweat, saying that he should take his clothes off. A ninja man is now with White, telling him that he performed a Zanzouken, an After Image Attack, highly specialized in martial arts. White rubs his chin, saying that this is interesting, but will he make it up here? The ninja says that it's impossible, since he has to fight Major Metallic on the third floor, then him in the fourth. White gets a little mad, saying that he wanted to take a crack at him.

White then informs Major Metallic that the boy is coming up to him and should beat him up now. Now that Goku has taken off his clothes, he's ready to fight now. He runs up the stairs, until finally making up to where Major Metallic is sitting. Metallic gets up, pointing over to another pair of stairs, saying that if Goku beats him, he may go up those. Goku asks if he really does get to fight him, while White asks the ninja how long Metallic will take to kill the boy? He says that it shouldn't be more than a minute. Metallic then tells Goku to die and then punches to the ground, hitting nothing. Metallic looks around, asking where he went? Goku is hanging on to a chain in the air, but lets go, and jumps on Metallic's shoulder, hitting him in the face. Goku jumps off, while Metallic falls over, and then Goku starts to head for the stairs. However, Metallic sneakily gets up and clamps his hands over Goku's body. Metallic says that he will now squeeze the life out of him, making Goku push himself out with all his might. Goku finally pushes Metallic's arms apart, then leaps out to the ground. Goku then tells him that he will now hit him for real. Goku then runs, jumps in the air, extends his leg, and kicks Metallic very badly in the chest, making Metallic fly across the room. However, Metallic gets up, making Goku wonder how he got up from that?
