Summary:

The Fall of Commander Red
Inside the tower, Goku is attacking everyone he sees. A kick to one, a punch to another, and a kick in the head to the last. A man with a bazooka fires off a missile, hitting Goku square in the face. The soldier laughs historically, but when the smoke clears, Goku is very mad now, cursing him. The soldier, hiding with another, both weep in terror, as Goku charges for both of them, slamming them both against the wall. Goku looks behind him at the other soldiers, making them so scared, they all run away. Red, still looking at the TV, curses his soldiers for running! Black, looking out the window, tells Red that it seems the rest are running away too. Red, probably at his maximum anger, tells them all that he is just a single kid! Black tells him that we were wrong to underestimate him and it seems the only choice to do, is just to retreat. Red slams his fist on the nearest table, telling him to forget it! He will not give up his Dragon Balls! Black then asks, what is more important, his life or his wish? Red is very angry now, almost gaining his wish, his wish to become tall!

Black receives a revelation, asking if he said "tall"? He asks if the only reason those men died out there and before was just for him to be... "tall"!? Red yells at Black if he has a problem with it, making him say he thought they were going to wish for world domination! Red tells him that they will defiantly get to that, but the ruler has to be impressive, charming, appreciative. What girl wants to look at a midget twice? (NOTE - This is not my writing, but Toriyama's, so for those who are reading this, I wish the word "midget" or "dwarf" was not used here. I apologize, but this is just to keep the story going. Thank you.) Black asks, why did they have to suffer, for his small gain? Red then says that that is exactly what he means! Tall people have no idea how his "kind" feels! Ever since he was a kid, it was always, "Hey, look at Red the Midget!" or "You have a mature face for a small boy." Black gets angry now, saying that he has been his slave for this, but will only accept Red Ribbon conquest!

Red then yells at him, saying that he is the commander and chief here and whatever he says, goes! Black then clenches his fist, telling him if he realizes that many men lost their lives, so he wouldn't have to be short!? Red yells at Black, demanding him to stop yelling at his commander like that! Black then listens to his words, which are that they wouldn't have died if they weren't trained better and people that talk back to their superiors should always keep their mouth shut! Those were Red's last words, for Black has now got a gun in his hand, with the barrel smoking. Red falls over, with a bullet sized hole scarred into his forehead. Black then tells the lifeless body, that he is not fit to command. He tells himself that he will now command the army and Commander Black shall rise to domination!

He hears the glass shatter behind him, where Goku tells himself that the balls must be here. Black takes off his overcoat, telling him that he's finally here. Goku asks if he is the boss, making Black say he is, since just a moment ago. Goku then tells him that he'll take the Dragon Balls on the table, making Black tell Goku to hear him first. Black asks if he and him use the Dragon Balls together, to rule the world! Goku questions him, but Black goes on to say that the world could be theirs! Goku tells him no, that he wants to revive Upa's dad who was killed by one of his guys! Black then tells him this, why don't they just revive this boy's father, then they go out on conquest to rule the world? Goku tells him no, that he will never be friends with bad guys! Black is unhappy now, so he tells Goku that they must battle now. Goku tells him that that's okay, while Black gets ready to fight, saying he won't be too easy.

Black takes a swing, but Goku dodges. While in the air, Black tries to hit Goku with his foot. Goku dodges it, lands on the other side of the room, and then heads for Black's stomach. He makes connection, making Black hunch over. Black tells himself that he is indeed very strong. Goku tells him to just give up and go to the police! Black gets a capsule out and makes it explode in the air. A giant robot appears, where Black jumps right in. He takes a swing at Goku, hitting him roughly. Goku hits the wall and rubs his head, knowing that this won't be easy. Back on the ship, Yamcha tells everyone that they're almost there, while Krillin asks if there is any chance if he's alive?
