Dragonball GT: Super Android 17/Evil Shelong Saga Summary (Brief)

After the defeat of Bebi, a Tenkaichi Budoukai is held. Goku is forced to participate in the children's division because of his appearance. Meanwhile, in hell, Myuu and Dr.Gero create a new/old android, Artificial 17. Artificial 17 was created to merge with the old Android 17 to form the ultimate Android. Along with Articial 17, all of Goku's former enemies are also emerging from hell. Goku decides to go into hell to stop them all from the source, including Artificial 17. But as Goku goes in, 17 leaves, and the portal is closed. Goku is then stuck there fighting Cell and Frieza. Artifical 17 is up on Earth fighting Vegeta, when the real 17 comes along, and they fuse, becoming Super Android 17. Now he is crushing all of the Z warriors with ease, and Goku must get back up to Earth in time. Piccolo and Dende attempt to open a new portal from Hell to Earth in order to get Goku out of Hell. After some doing, Goku is finally able to escape using the portal. At the time, Super Android 17 kills Dr.Gero (again) and claims that Dr.Myuu is his true master. Finally, the hero arrives, and goes Super Saiya-jin 4. The fight begins, and it's heated. But Goku cannot defeat 17. In an attempt to kill 17 by self destructing, Goku is turned back into his child form, and can't complete the attack. It is around that time that Goku realizes that 17 is vulnerable while absorbing energy. So 18 attacks 17, and Goku uses his Dragon Fist to destroy Super Android 17.

After the fight, the Z warriors get the Dragonballs to wish back Krillin. However, when summoned, a different dragon appears. The old dragon explains to them that over the years and many wishes used, all of the negative energy has built up inside that dragonballs and cannot be contained any longer. Therefore, 7 evil dragons are released, and the Z warriors must defeat them all. While the Z warriors do battle with the 7 evil dragons (each on separate occasions), Vegeta tries to become stronger, all the while thinking about Goku had always surpassed him in every way. Bulma sees this and decides to build a brute ray, which is designed to transform Vegeta into SSJ4. After defeating all of the evil dragons but one, Li Shenlong, Goku struggles to defeat him. Goku and Vegeta decide to fuse, making SSJ4 Gogeta! They toss Li around like a ball, but their fusion time span is shortened due to the amount of power added by the SSJ4 level. So just as Gogeta was about to destroy Li, they diffuse. After the battle looks hopeless, Vegeta, Goten, Gohan, Uubu, and Trunks go off and distract Li while Goku forms a Genki Dama (spirit bomb) containing the power of everyone in the universe. Goku uses it, kills Li, and the real Shenlong appears. Shenlong explains that no more wishes can be made, but Goku asks for one final wish, that everyone killed in the fighting is restored. Goku then goes with Shenlong, all of the Dragonballs are absorbed into Goku, and Goku dissappears. Then, we are fast forwarded 100 years into the future, where Pan is the only remaining Z warrior alive. While watching the fight between Goku Jr. and Vegeta Jr., Pan spots Goku in the crowd. She tries to catch up with him but can't. Goku is then shown walking in the crowd, and all of the highlights of the entire Dragonball series are shown. And thus, ends DBGT, along with the entire Dragonball series.
