Everyone continued their flight, all silent, that is, until Goku spoke up that all they have to do is keep him from resurrecting Majin Buu? Kaioushin told that that is correct, that all they have to do is defeat Babidi. Goku asked if he was strong, making Kaioushin say that he is probably like his father, that all his strength is in his magic. He explains more that he can posses people with evil hearts, like  Yamu and Supopobichi, that unless he can find someone strong, he will have no problem. Kibito, Gohan, and Videl continued their flight, with Gohan asking how can will he resurrect Buu? Kibito explained that to bring Buu back, he will need lots of energy, so to do this, he let his minions go to the tournament to get fighter's strength. Kaioushin and him, Kibito, suspected this, so they entered the tournament too. Kibito went on to say that they don't know where Buu's sphere is, but at an unknown location, so they'll have to follow those other two ahead. Back in front, Goku asked if he is dangerous, then why didn't you act upon when Bibidi was defeated? Kaioushin told that they couldn't do anything, that they were afraid of Buu's seal being broken, and the sphere was in a dangerous place. They all speed off, while Kibito told that this is too slow and need to speed up. Videl complained she can't go any faster, that she's going too fast already. Gohan suggested her going back, that this is dangerous. Videl smiled, saying that would be smarter, that all she would do is get in the way.

Gohan said thanks, to go back to the Budoukai and tell his mom or Goten what happened. Videl then told that he is the golden hair warrior, making Gohan say yes, that he didn't want anyone to find out. Videl then said that seven years ago, you and your friends were the ones fight Cell, and he, Gohan, was the kid. Gohan blushed slightly, saying yes, while Videl said it wasn't her father that beat Cell, but one of his, Gohan's, friends, right? Gohan slowly spoke out, while Videl said she thought so, but it doesn't bother her, that it was strange to her why here dad won, but this makes more sense. Videl then told Gohan to do his best, to defeat Babidi and save everyone, making Gohan say okay. She then stopped, yelling she'll wait at the Budoukai! Gohan yelled okay, while Kibito said for them both to hurry and get to Kaioushin. Gohan said sure, making both of them create an aura around them both, and speed off. Videl said that that was fast, then just staring. She turned back and told Gohan to not die, that if he comes back safely, she'll go out with him! Yamu and Supopobichi still went onward, not even knowing the fighters coming up, while Gohan and Kibito finally made their way into the strong posse. Kaioushin then said it looks like they're going to stop, making everyone aware of what is going on. Everyone descended, as Kibito told that it's weird, but they checked this area.

Someone then told everyone to lower their power level, as they all hid behind a large boulder, looking downward. Yamu and Supopobichi stood outside a small dome, with them both talking with another alien. Goku asked if that guy those two were talking to is Babidi, making Kaioushin say no, but it's weird because all the ground around them looks dug up. They all looked around, until Kibito finally said that the ground is dug up and his ship is underground, that's why they couldn't find him! Kaioushin then said aloud that Babidi knows that they're here, here on earth! Piccolo told that they should hurry and attack, so they don't give any energy to Buu! Kaioushin told him not to worry, that he will come on top to not destroy the ship, but to just wait now. Suddenly, the alien that talked with the deadly duo went inside, while Gohan looked off. There was a bunch of dead corpses, making Gohan slightly angrier, but Piccolo tried to get everyone's attention, that someone is coming out! Two people began their way outward, one small, one big. One had the appearance of a demon, with blackness for clothing, and a large belt, while a goatee and mustache grew upon his face. Below him, a short midget, with wrinkles all over, and tiny hairs on his head, with large eyes and a hunched back. He wore a cloak and a small attire, with a large M on his body, much like the one on Yamu and Supopobichi's head.
