Summary:

The Pirates' Trap
While going down the cave, Goku asks Bulma if they keep going, they will get to the Dragon Ball, making her say she is pretty sure it will, if the Red Ribbon doesn't kill them. Krillin wonders why they haven't chased after them yet, while Goku says that he can't see anything in front of him. Bulma asks Krillin to go ahead, since his head is nice and shiny, making him taunt her a bit. Goku then sees a button and presses it, making lights turning on. Goku smiles, saying that he made them be able to see again, while Bulma wonders why these lights are here, and Krillin asking if they are the second people to come. Bulma wonders why they are hung up and what does it lead to? The Blue group now has light and is wondering how lights were turned on suddenly. Blue then announces somebody must have been here first, in order to hide something. But, who is the real question. Bulma is still wondering who would put lights up, while Goku surprises Bulma, by putting a skull on his head, scaring her.

Blue hears the scream from Bulma and instructs one of the soldiers to go and investigate. He does so, while Goku laughs his head off, successfully scaring his friend. Bulma yells at him, saying that this isn't really the time for jokes like that, while Krillin asks where he got that? Goku points over, to a dead pirate. Krillin now knows where they are, which is that there should be a treasure around here somewhere, that some pirates dug and hid. Bulma agrees with the dead pirates, saying that this would be a good place to hide things. Krillin is happy, saying that they are looking for the Dragon Ball, and end up finding treasure! The spy from General Blue hears this, and reports back, saying that he heard great news. The new information excites Blue, saying that this treasure will please Red greatly. Krillin happily walks along, saying that this day turned out pretty good, while Bulma reminds him that an evil army has been after them for quite a while, and Goku saying that he just doesn't want treasure, but dinner!

The group then encounters a long hallway, with smooth floors, and lots of holes. Everyone wonders what is this hallway for, but Krillin doesn't mind, saying their just decoration. He walks along, steps on a black dot, and a giant spear fires at him, barely missing him. Bulma, scared, tells Krillin that she knew something was wrong. Goku asks what this is, while Bulma teaches that this place is a booby trap, to stop intruders to get the treasure. If you step on one of the black buttons, a spear will come to kill you. Goku tells Krillin he's lucky for being short, making Krillin say likewise. Bulma then reviews the problems, with these spears in front of them and the Red Ribbon behind them. So, what to do? Goku asks if all they have to do is just get around the buttons, making Bulma point to show that all the buttons are everywhere. Goku tells her that he'll just jump right over them. Goku does a running start, leaps in the air, and then lands on the other side of the hallway. Bulma is amazed to see Goku do that, while Krillin decides that it's his turn.

Bulma yells at him, saying that Goku isn't human and he shouldn't try. Krillin smiles, saying that he was trained under the invincible old master, so there is nothing to worry about. Krillin does a running start, jumps in the air, but hits the ceiling, and makes him hit his head on the last button, making to spears fire out. Goku pulls him out of the way and then yells for Bulma to jump now. Bulma yells that she is very fragile and would never make it! Blue catches up to his spy, asking what is going on. The soldier reports that nothing new has happened, but them running up ahead. The soldier also reports that they don't seem to be carrying any weapons, making Blue think that they must have forgotten them in the rush to get in the vehicle. Blue thinks now, that without their weapons, they are just ordinary kids, with ordinary punches. Blue then laughs happily, saying that the victory is theirs!

Now, Bulma is hanging on for dear life, while Goku is retracting his nyoibo slowly, since Bulma can't jump over the buttons. They finally make it across, saying that they must trek on. Blue now thinks that the kids are easily beatable and wants his men to hurry and kill them all now! Blue's men rush along quickly, until finally reaching the buttons. Blue is thinking to himself, that the treasure and Dragon Balls are as good as theirs. He then hears screams of pain and runs over to see what happened. His men have been stabbed to death by the spears, which must have been a trap. One soldier, "dead," smiles and reports no survivors. Blue yells at him, saying he knows that! Blue then thinks how did the young group get past it or even the pirates? Blue feels along the wall, looking for a switch. He finally finds it, pushing it in, and then walks along the new passage. Now, Goku and friends have entered a port, where there is a couple buildings and a few ships and submarines. Bulma announces that this place is a secret port!
