KnightGogeta of AnimeFlare

by Tapion

Hey, this is your friend Tapion! I recently conducted an interview with KnightGogeta, webmaster of AnimeFlare. It’s an up-an-coming anime website, quickly on the rise to popularity. The following is an AIM conversation I had with him. Please enjoy my first DBZGTLegacy interview!

NinjaMan490: Has AnimeSaiyans.com changed to AnimeFlare completely?
NinjaMan490: ...name-wise
AnimeSaiyans: yes completely.
NinjaMan490: I see
NinjaMan490: So, when did you first take an interest in anime and how/why?
AnimeSaiyans: well I can't really remember the date but it was roughly 2 years ago and I took an interest when I first saw Yu Yu Hakusho on television.
NinjaMan490: Cool.
NinjaMan490: How many staff members work at Anime Flare?
NinjaMan490: Besides you...lol...
AnimeSaiyans: Well as far as I know [heh], the ones that are active, I would say 3 (including you)
NinjaMan490: Let me just say for the fans who didn't know this, I am currently helping KnightGogeta with anime and video game reviews.
NinjaMan490: What are your favorite animes?
AnimeSaiyans: DBGT, Yu Yu Hakusho, Naruto and DBZ
NinjaMan490: Do you read the manga versions of those?
NinjaMan490: Like in Shonen Jump (persay)...?
AnimeSaiyans: Yes, I read Naruto manga once but after the episodes came up, I stopped.
NinjaMan490: Hmm...
NinjaMan490: I see
NinjaMan490: So, do you like any non-Japanese animation?
AnimeSaiyans: Yes, lol, I actually do, Static Shock and Teen Titans. :P
NinjaMan490: What about non-animation? Are you a fan of movies? If so which ones?
AnimeSaiyans: Yes I am. I really preferred SWAT and Lord of the Rings: Return of the King.
NinjaMan490: I haven't gotten a chance to see SWAT, but I saw Return of the King not too long ago, and let me say that I think it is the best of the LOTR trilogy.
AnimeSaiyans: Yes I totally agree.
NinjaMan490: Good battle scenes  ^_^
NinjaMan490: I'm a big Matrix fan. You like those movies?
AnimeSaiyans: yes I do, I preferred the first one the most for some reason.
NinjaMan490: Yes, by the time they got to the last movie, the story had seemed to lose all substance and philosophy. I didn't like how they blinded Neo either. >_<
AnimeSaiyans: yeah, that really sucked the fun out of it.
NinjaMan490: That's the truth...
NinjaMan490: Do you prefer Japanese, or dubbed anime?
AnimeSaiyans: I prefer dubbed.
NinjaMan490: I do too, but I occasionally go back and watch the original Japanese versions on my old DVD's.
AnimeSaiyans: yes, they feel original than the dubbed.
NinjaMan490: Have you seen any anime movies? Which ones are your favorites?
AnimeSaiyans: yes, I have seen Samurai X and all of the dbz movies. I prefered Dbz Movie 8 Brolly the Legendary Super Saiyan.
NinjaMan490: I liked Princess Mononoke, but in DBZ, my favorite was Movie #13. That's where I got the name, "Tapion".
AnimeSaiyans: yeah that was a good movie.
NinjaMan490: Any future plans for AnimeFlare?
AnimeSaiyans: Well if we get enough money, we would like to buy a domain. But thats not going to happen if visitors *coughdontclick* on the mod-chip banner.  :D
NinjaMan490: Uh, maybe you should have a bake-sale?
AnimeSaiyans: lol
NinjaMan490: Ok, it was great talking you tonight! I'm proud to have you as my first interview. Thank you, and goodnight!!!
AnimeSaiyans: Nice to be here. Good Night to you too.
