Summary:

The Fight Against Opponents Decided!
The fighters have been decided, with it being Krillin, Ma Junior (Piccolo), Vegeta, Goku, Mr. Satan, Videl, Great Saiyaman, Number 18, Mighty Mask (Trunks and Goten), Punta (a large man), Kibito (the large fighter with the mohawk one), Shin (the mohawk man), Supopobichi (a large, muscle fighter with a M on his head), Yamu (a smaller, but muscle bound fighter with a M on his head), Jewel (a ladies man with long hair), and Killer (a black man with a short haircut and big lips). Everyone watched the two strangers walk off, with Piccolo saying that it appears they are not from earth. Goku agrees, while Piccolo further explains they don't know where they're from, but why is an alien here? Videl bends to Gohan's ear, replying softly what is that guy saying, since he looks like he isn't from here himself. Gohan gets confused, then says that those guys are odd, making Videl say he's right and his face was odd too. Krillin just puts his hands in pockets, saying that's fine but wants to go, since they will began drawing lots. As they walk, Krillin also asks aloud how the others are, but knows he won't have to fight any other hard opponents. As they enter the area to draw lots, the announcer waves to them, saying they're here! The announcer then asks for everyone's attention, saying it appears everyone is here. He explains they will draw lots now, so if your name is called, then come up.

Krillin then begins to pray to Kami to not fight someone strong in the first round! Piccolo reminds him that Kami is just Dende, while Goku scans the arena. He looks over at two fighters, saying that besides those two, he doesn't notice anyone strong. He looks at the two fighters with the M's on their heads, bulging veins, and huge muscles, asking himself what's wrong with those two? He wonders what's wrong with their eyes and why do they have so much power? "Mighty Mask" stands alone, while Goku ponders again if that guy is fighting too? He notices the strange body, while the announcer begins. He claims he will announce in alphabetical order (by Japanese), so Killer is up first. The large lipped fighter arrives, picking a number from a box, saying it's number 14. The announcer yells that Killer is number 14, and up next is, Kibito! Kibito is the fighter with the short mohawked one from earlier, who arrives with a scowl on his face. He picks up number 7, making the announcer say what it is. The announcer then asks for Krillin, who comes right up. Krillin picks number one, making him say he will have to fight first. The announcer then calls for the Great Saiyaman! Gohan picks up number eight, saying he has to fight that one guy. As Gohan returns, Goku instructs Gohan to not get cocky, since he's not normal. Gohan agrees, when the announcer asks for number 18 to come up. He asks if that's her real name, making her say it doesn't matter. She confesses to number nine, when Shin, the smaller warrior with the mohawk, is asked to come up. He says yes, pulling up number three. Goku tells himself that his name is Shin, but he's never heard of him.

Meanwhile, Trunks asks Goten what is this guy's name? Goten says he has no clue, when the announcer cries out for Supopobichi. When no one comes, he excuses himself, asking for Supopobichi to come down. Trunks tells Goten that this guy's name must be it, so they'll go. Goten runs down, with Trunks waving to hurry and go to Goten, but that he's coming to the announcer. The announcer asks isn't he the Mighty Mask? Trunks gets confused, when the large M wearing man arrives, yelling that that name is his! "Mighty Mask" scolds his lower half, saying he's shamed them now! He asks Goten what was he thinking, when Goten asks what does he mean, when they both made the same mistake! The announcer tells Supopobichi he has changed a lot since last time, but then changes the subject that he is number six. Trunks gets angry, asking why didn't the guy come up sooner? Jewel is asked to come up next, with him pulling number sixteen. After that, is Goku. Goku pulls up number eleven, and now it's Videl's turn. Videl comes up, asking where is her dad? The announcer explains with a smile that Mr. Satan is taking a break and he, the announcer, will draw for him. Videl picks up number five, when Goku says that she said dad, so is she Mr. Satan's daughter? Gohan says that's right, while Krillin explains she doesn't like it, because she's cute. Krillin folds his arms, saying she will probably force him to marry her! Gohan yells to stop kidding, since him and her aren't going out.

Up next, is Punta, who picks up number two. Krillin's eyes turn to Happy World, giggling that that guy is his opponent. Punta comes up to Krillin, asking if he is Krillin? Krillin says he might be, making Punta claim that he will not hold back, even for a weakling! Punta warns that Krillin will be torn apart, making Krillin shrug as he replies if that's any way to talk? Krillin sighs heavily, claiming he knows where this will lead. Punta grows angry, asking what does he mean!? Punta walks off, telling Krillin he's dead. After that little argument, the announcer calls for Vegeta. Vegeta pulls out number twelve, catching Goku's attention. Krillin gets scared after his happy dances, saying that Goku and Vegeta will fight right off!? Vegeta just smiles with a cool composure, but deep inside, he's telling himself that he's so happy, that Kakarrot is his opponent! He yells that he has waited for this for so long, to defeat Kakarrot! Goku smiles a little, saying it will be Vegeta? "Mighty Mask" becomes a schizophrenic again, saying that both of their dads will fight. Trunks asks who will win, making Goten say his dad will! Trunks yells that's stupid, since his dad will win! Trunks yells that Goten's dad is dead, while Goten says that his dad is dead and has been training in the afterlife. The announcer snaps Mighty Mask back to earth, telling him he's been calling him for a while now. Trunks pulls out number thirteen, and as he walks away, the announcer wonders if he has always had such a long body?

Piccolo is called up next, picking number four. He looks up at Shin, saying he'll have to fight that guy! Piccolo says that it's okay, since he thinks he knows who he is anyway. The announcer then puts his hand in the box, telling that Mr. Satan will be drawn. The announcer yells that Mr. Satan is number ten, making Krillin tell 18 she'll fight Satan, making her say who is that? Videl scolds 18, warning her that she will have to fight her dad first. The announcer yells that next is Yamu, who has the last number of 15. He then yells they have all fighters and examines the board of the matched up fights. He then walks off with the fighters following, explaining the tournament will begin soon, so he will lead them to the dressing room. As he walks, he tells them they know the rules. The rules are if you surrender, go down for ten seconds, get knocked out of the ring, or kill your foe, you lose. He also says becuase of so many fights, they will all be timed in thirty minutes. So, if you don't finish by then, the judges will decide. Krillin gets confused, saying there's a time limit now? Punta pokes Krillin's head, laughing while saying that only ten seconds will be needed to finish this shrimp off. Krillin shrugs him off, while at the Budoukai, things are getting restless. The announcer arrives, yelling a good hello to everyone, and sorry to keep them all waiting! He screams loudly that the tournament will begin soon, the Tenkaichi Budoukai! Meanwhile, Satan is having his head cooled by a wet cloth, while repeating he is in the fifth fight? He asks who his opponent is, making the referee saying he doesn't know, but she is pretty. Mr. Satan gets up abruptly, yelling that's awesome!
