Dragonball Z
Episode 164: No
More Rules
(dubbed episode)
This
episode starts out with the Z Warriors trying to watch Goku and Cell
fight. But because of the speed of the two they can barely keep up.
Piccolo states that Goku has lost his advantage. In the ring we see
Goku and Cell fighting, and it appears to be a stalemate. Cell lands a
devastating punch to Goku, followed by many more, only to be knocked
into the air. Goku slams him into the ground, but Cell disappears and
they go into another flurry of attacks. After disappearing for quit
some time they reappear with Goku nailing him in the gut. Cell
retaliates, then backs off. Cell talks about Goku being worthy, then
says let's continue. Hercule claims that Goku and Cell were in a crack
in the wall, only to see them collide above the earth. Cell and Goku
again go into another flurry of punches and kicks. Now at Master
Roshi's, Master Roshi himself questions how long Goku could keep up
the pace.
We return on Kami's tower, with Dende saying that there's trouble
going on, but he can't sense it. Dende began to cry, but Mr. Popo
comforts him saying it will take some getting used too. Dende then
goes on to say the tournament was still going on, and that it was a
fierce battle. He then goes on to say that he wished there was
something to do. Back on the battle field Goku and Cell continue to
exchange punches and kicks. They then go down to the ring, where Cell
gains the advantage, then Goku takes it away. Cell then appears ahead
of Goku, and forms a stand still. Cell states the rules about stepping
out of the ring, and decides to destroy it. Goku yells at the Z
Warriors to get out of the way, right as Cell shoots his devastating
blast. It quickly hits the ring, vaporizing it.
We return once again seeing the aftermath of Cell's blast. The Z
Warriors and Hercule survives thanks to Android 16, who barely got
them out of trouble. When asked if he is ready to fight, Hercule
claims he could win. Cell then goes on to say the last one standing is
the winner. Goku stretches a little, and Cell shoots a blast out of no
where at Goku, followed by many others. Goku is barely able to dodge
them. At Z TV the desk people are forced to deal with tons of calls
about the bad shooting of the cameramen. Back at the fight Goku seems
to have been killed with a giant blast from Cell. Hercule again claims
trick. Goku appears, however, and again fights Cell. They then begin
to play a game of mercy, forming a huge gold aura, and soon picking up
small rocks. A few seconds later the Earth begins to shake, followed
by them ripping huge rocks out as well. The Z Warriors watch on as
Goku nails Cell, which is followed by some neutral punches and kicks.
Over at King Kai's, King Kai is cheering Goku on, as Buckles and
Gregory come over to watch the god of the northern galaxy look like an
idiot. King Kai then goes on to say this fight may go on for a long
time. Goku slams Cell, back on Earth, into the ground but is caught by
a huge ki blast. Goku flies out of the aftermath of the blast unhurt.
Goku then prepares a Kamehameha wave. Cell states that Goku would not
do the attack, being that it would destroy the Earth. Goku then goes
on to finish the attack, while the Z Warriors and Cell plead for him
to not do it. Then Goku disappears, and appears right in front of Cell
and sends the blast at him. Cell is completely consumed by the blast.
In the aftermath of dirt and gravel, only Goku remains tired and
exhausted. When the dust clears, however, they see a deformed Cell on
the ground.
