The Official DBZ Site has confirmed the following in their news section:
"Atari's third installment of the Dragon Ball Z Budokai videogame franchise for the PS2 is planned for later this year. There is not many details yet, though "new features" are expected. Dragon Ball Z and its other incarnations Dragon Ball GT and original Dragon Ball currently air on Cartoon Network's Toonami."
Using context clues from the article, and since the other two games were released in December, the game will most likely also be released around the same time. I checked on DbzOnPs2.com, but they had no updates on the progress of Budokai 3--which is unusual since they had most of the info on the other two Budokai games long before FUNi released anything about it.
But I'll keep my eyes peeled. (P.S. - Keep the fan-art coming! Once again, the due date is May 10th).

| I read a couple of months ago that Budokai 2 was coming to the Cube this coming August, I have no idea what changes they will make (if any). As for why it takes so long for the Budokai games to come to the Cube, it's Sony's fault. |

| Everyone knows how popular Dragonball is, and Sony knows that if they can have it on their system exclusively, even if it's only for 6 months to a year, they'll still make money from it. In the end tho, Nintendo got the better product, look at Budokai 1, and you'll see what I mean. |

| I know, I have Budokai 1 for the Cube. I'd played it on my friends' PS2s, but I like the Cel-shaded graphics better. Maybe Budokai 2 will have the same type of graphics as the first one for the cube? |

Who knows, there COULD be alternate realities out there where there are flying cars, talking pigs, or whatever.
As for manny's comment, he's mostly correct: DBZ's story IS almost finished in Budokai 2. It ends right after Buu is destroyed, with no mention of Uu |

| To answer SSJ4 Vegeta's question about Pan and Bra, and why Bra looks older, Bra most likely looks older because she takes after Bulma more than Vegeta, Pan seems to take after Gohan more than Videl. Saiyans keep their youthfull appearance so they can fight longer. |

| the ending of dbz is where uub and goku fight but goku takes uub somewhere that he can teach uub to train.anyway in dbgt there is ss4 goku, vegeta and the strongest of them all gogeta(fusion of goku and vegeta) and also the badguys r really cool i like super 17 the best. |
