Cel - A cel is an original watercolored image on plastic used in the original DB/Z/GT series. Most webmasters/graphics people love to use these in their graphics because they are the best in quality. You can tell a cel from a screen shot because most have a little bit cut off from the charectar or have no background to them. You can go to my cels gallery and see for yourself (note: Cel gallery is not up yet sorry i posted one below though) Got a cel you think I would like? then E-MAIL ME!
