I don't know if another staff member already said this..., Cartoon Network is showing FLCL and Blue Gender on their Adult Swim block. Both of them premiered on monday. I've seen FLCL or Fooly Cooly, and it's a very entertaining anime, is a little bit bizarre and you have to pay attention to knw waht's going on. FLCL is another creation of Gainax, the studio behind the hit-anime series Neon Genesis Evangelion, His and He circumstances, and Mahoromatic, so you guys know what to expect from an anime like this; FLCL has superb animation, just like anything that comes from Gainax, and the soundtrack is awesome (the pillows rock), i would put it up there with the such as Cowboy Bebop, Noir, and Hack Sign. So if you guys can try to watch it, you wont regret it, it's on at 12:00 am (MIDNIGHT)"east time".
I haven't seen Blue Gender yet, but from what i've heard it's very good and worth watching. Cartoon Network's Adult Swim is getting good anime lately, it's a pity that they edit the crap out of them, it shouldn't be called Adult Swim anymore...
oh and another thing, for those who didn't know the 1989 japanese hit series Saint Seiya is been licensed by ADV and it's being released as Saint Seiya (the unedited version);and as Knights of the Zodiac (edited version)which will premiere on Cartoon Network on August 31 at 7:00 pm. They are gonna have a hard time editing all the violent and bloody scenes, lol.
