Funimation have acquired the rights to Kiddy GRade , probably like many of you i havnt seen this anime but ive heard of it . Anyways heres what they had to say.
Today, in conjunction with a FUNimation industry panel at A-KON in Dallas, we announced the acquisition of Kiddy Grade! This is an extremely popular property that follows two dynamic female members of a galactic organization responsible for the coordination of trade disputes between states, nations and planets. The lead characters have their "day" jobs and then they have their "real" jobs. This sci-fi adventure has something for everyone.

Fret Not !
05/30/2003 -- 9:30 AM EDT -- SonicMAD
Heya all, well as mentioned the site has frozen (Which is a shame) but fret not DBZ lovers. As far as i know, it appears that only me and SSJ3Goten are the only ones posting, so therefore i would be gratefull if you could perhaps just keep on waiting until we can pull the site back together into an...erm...Un-frozen state! Unfortunatly for us as well, there appears to be a bit of a "lull" within the community, and although plenty of news is flowing in, Movies/Games/Etc... but nothing is actually being released, so...as my role as a games reviewist, im just going to review all the other games out there at the moment (All Anime based hopefully) until perhaps the next DBZ game is released. Now that Sen is gone now, i think that parhaps there will be a position open for all those with web mastering skills, as well as the movie reviews, listings for programs, news possibly, etc...
Contact either me, or possible Sen for either more info, applications and stuff...
FUNimation to re-release DBZ epsiodes 1-53
05/28/2003 -- 7:12 AM EDT -- SSJ3Goten
FUNimation has confirmed that they intend to re-dub, re-master and release the first 53 TV episodes of Dragonball Z uncut on DVD. In their re-mastered releases they will include aproximately 12 episodes worth of material that Pioneer had to remvoe from the show to satisfy the broadcast standards of the time. As for the 3 movies, it seems likely that they will re-do them, but there are no plans right now.
Pioneer Entertainment had originally released material first 53 episodes of Dragonball Z on DVD back on 17 DVDs, along with the first 3 DBZ movies on 3 more DVDs. However on August 31st, Pioneer's license to the material (sub-licensed from FUNimation) will expire. They have officially informed retailers that they will not take orders or returns for the DVDs after August 31st.

Current Status
05/25/2003 -- 12:33 PM EDT -- Sen
I have been hired as a info writer at SSS Goku, which is probably what i've always wanted to do, but i didn't want to close the site, so i just left it open, but i just won't add anything to it, i don't know about the staff, you guys can still post here if you want, but this site is on hold, maybe forever, depends for how long i am at SSS Goku, probably the only thing that can unfreeze this site, is if SSS Goku closes, and i have nothing to do, other then that, i'm over there now, so if you want to see any of my work, then you can check there, as for this site, you can browse around, and still have the benefits that this site has to offer, like the webmaster section, and the multimedia, and crap. So just to clear things up, this isn't officially my last post, i just won't be doing anything else to this site. I might post about current events and crap, and until the site is unfrozen, no more pages will be added, unless the staff still want to add some things.
Still Here

Adult Swim sweeping the 12-24 Male audience
05/23/2003 -- 5:44 PM EDT -- SSJ3Goten
Thanx for the Recognition Sen.
----------
Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block is winning the 12-24 male demographic group against all other programming in its time slot, cable or broadcast. Ratings have been improving since the switch to five nights a week (see "Cartoon Network Ratings Up") and the Adult Swim programming is now beating Leno by 18%, Letterman by 82%, Conan by 26%, and the other competition by greater margins in that demo, with triple the viewers in that group vs. Craig Kilborn at the most extreme. The block currently includes four anime series: Lupin the 3rd, Inu Yasha, Trigun, and Cowboy Bebop, all of which have significant product associated with them.

Current News
05/23/2003 -- 3:44 PM EDT -- Sen
Well, there probably won't be too much being done around the site these days, cuzz i just got about 2 ISP's or whatever you call them , the major projects you get at the end of the year, anyways, i can finish them eisily, but they are quite time consuming, so i'll have to see how i can manage my time, since if i finish them now, i will have more time later to do other things, i don't just want to leave things to the last minute, so as i said above, probably not much coming from my end these next few days, Staff i am still going to be available to upload things though, so don't be afraid to do anything, as if you're doing anything not, with the exception of SSJ3 Goten
