» The News: Zup folks, I have a couple of things to announce:
- First, for those of you who don't already know, Toei Animation is on the works for another Saint Seiya movie, it's been confirmed and I even have a couple of pics I took from Kurumada's website, the movie is supposed to take place right before what people like to call "the olimpus saga" or just Zeus' saga, it's kind of a prequel and they say it's gonna be out by February of 2004. Here are the pics:
- Now the site's news. People, we have a problem, the server just crossed our last line of deffense, it won't reconize any media or compressed files, I was about to upload some clips when I noticed, so if I upload something it's gonna have to be in .txt and you're gonna have to save it as .rm, unless someone is kind enough to lend us some space without asking for absolute worship we would really appretiate it, otherwise people, that's all I can offer :(.
That's all for now.

» The News: Well, as you might already know, dozens of animes'episodes are released everyday and there are dozens of sites that offer the links as well as there are many fansubbers. I think everyone has their own opinion about who makes the best fansubs. So i won't give any links for any of fansubber sites. I'm gonna give the links for three sites (my favorite ones where the latest releases from many different fansubbers are posted, daily. You just need Bit Torrent, which can be downloaded from these sites)
1: ANIME AND MANGA BIT TORRENT LINKS (this gives the links for teh latest releases from teh most anticipated animes.
2: DOWNLOAD ANIME.ORG (the good thing about his one is that lets you make a search for the anime you are looking for, making it easier than going page by page looking ofr waht you want)
3:ANIME SUKI (here you find new releases of the most popular animes.)
All of these sites update their lists daily.
Another choice would be KAzaa, but not all the tittles can be found at kazaa...

» The News: Green Green This is probably the funniest ecchi-comedy ever. It's Hilarious. The story; a selected group of an all girl school are about to arrive at an all boys high school, they are all part of an experiment to see how girl boy interaction might function and if positively they would fuse both schools together. So you just can imagine all the boys waiting desperately for the girls arrival, but since they are all country boys they are pretty dumb and don;t know much about girls. Here is where the fun begins, the boys try the insanest stunts to get the girls. BUt the girls end hating them. The only hope of the boys is a guy who apparently knows one of the girls(Midori) and who is by the way the only normal guy in the school. HIs three best friends are the worst perverts, and also the weirdest guys (i don;t wanna say more, since i would spoil the fun of meeting the cahracters for the first time.) This is probably the funniest anime of the year, even funnier than Golden Boy, if you thought that anime was funny then you gotta see this... HIGHLY RECOMMNEDED
7 of 12 episodes released
Kodocha you thought Azumanga Daioh was the funniest anime of all time? you might be wrong, because this anime is just insanely entertaining and hilarious. It's a pretty long series (104 episodes, i'm on episode 5. lol.) Do u remember Tomo-chan from Azumanga, yea?, well the main character in this series, is 4 times fuunier, louder and more annoying than Tomo, she is just 11 years old, and she is an actress in a popular kids show. She does go to school, but her class is the definition of chaos, they disturb the class everyday making impossible for the teacher to even ve heard by the rest of the students, and they won;t listen to her nor her boyfriend who is also a teacher. BUt how can they manipulate so easy the teachers, well one of the boys has in his possession something that he uses to blackmail the teachers.., waht can it be.
There are crazy character, hilarious scenes, and i expect a very good cahracterization since every character seems to have a reason to be the way they are... YOu might love this anime, or you might just hate it...
not sure how many epsiodes have been released.
Full Metal Alchemist this is a very new series, so new taht the first episode was relesed yesterday. All i can say is that is a very promising series. As the name says it, it's about an alchemist. FOr those who don;t know Alchemy is the art to transform elements, compunds, or any other kind of matter into something else... the best example would be the old "converting lead into gold". This guy the full metal alchimist had an accident with his brother when they were kids. They tried to do a forbidden type of alchemy, and because of that he lost one of this arms and a leg, his little brother lost his whole body...(some of the basic laws of matter apply on this series, you will see why). NOw they have grown up, The alchemist has a robotic arm and a robotic leg, and wears a long red cloak that protects him from the sand of the desolate dessert, his brother is now in the structure of a robot (remember he lost most of his body), they are looking for somthing very important, wihch looks might help them get their old bodies back... not sure yet.
Anyways it looks very interesting. It reminds me a lot of Trigun and also of HArry Potter (lol, is actually kinda like a mixture of both)
This anime is a product of the studio Bones, the guys behind such as Cowboy Bebob the Movie, so you guys know waht to expect.
Only one episode released.
Avenger Here is another new series, the first episode was released yesterday, and i watched it today. First at all i have to say that Avenger is a product of the studio Beetrain, the creators of NOIR, my favorite series, the opening is very stylish just like NOIR's, the music is done by the same artist so is pretty good... The story is different, and very original, it's about a girl named Layla (which kinda looks like Chloe from NOIR)who is an excellent fighter, and who also hates robotic dolls. Dolls are everywhere in this world, they function as maids, and as company, and they all look like kids. So far we've learned taht the setting is MArs, avery desolate place, where cities are inside some kind of domes, and who for some strange reason need fighters for tournaments (they'll probably reveal it later). Layla is rumored to be the daughter of Volg, a huge guy and apparently the best fighter on this world. LAyla looks also looks like a very depressive and lonely girl. Then we have Ni, a doll, who for some reason has different color eyes (purple and green) and who seems to have some connection with Layla (affection maybe). Speedy is a guy who fixes and makes dolls, he also seems to know Layla prety well. I can't just say resume teh whole episode, but if you liked NOIR,i'm sure you'll like this. The mood is maybe a little darker than NOIR's, and the plot looks very promising, after seen Noir's excellent and original story i can only expect the best from Beetrain.
Only one episode released.

» The News: I'll try to give a short descrition of the animes, studios and some other miscellaneus facts.
Scrapped Princess this great anime is about to end, there is only one episode left, which will be probably released this weekend (hopefully) giving an end to this amazing series. The review for this anime is already up, you can see it H E R E
23 episodes of 24 have been released.
Onegai Twins: this is an alternate story of the popular series Onegai Teacher. There are new main characters, but the old characters make a few appereances. The story evolves on Maiku, a High School guy who attends to the same school as Kei and company(from Onegai Teacher) and has the beautiful Mizuho as his teacher. Maiku lives by himself, since he is an orphan, he works as a programmer and thats how he subsists. He knows that he has a twin sister, but he doesn't know her and neither knows where she is. One day two girls, (Karen and MIna) come to his house claiming to be that lost sister, and as proof they have borught a picture were he (maiku) and a little girl are in a pool in front of the house (the picture was taken years ago, in fact, they were aproximately 2-3 years old when the pic was taken). Maiku also has a copy of the picture. But who is his real sister. Because both of the girls are homeless maiku accepts to let them stay at his house and they are soon living all together as siblings... but one of the girls is not part of the family...
The story is pretty interesting, and the animation is pretty nice just like Onegai Teacher's. There is a considerable amount of fanservice, even ecchier than Onegai Teacher. The only requisite is to have watched Onegai Teacher before...
11 of 12 episodes have been released
Ikkitousen the story deals with Street Fighters, in this world, the schools promote the street fighting and they even organize tournaments between different schools. The main character is a girl named Hakufo, a very hot and naive girl by the way. She is the reincarantion of a legendary fighter, and her destiny is already decided (not telling waht it is thou.). The rest of the cahracters are fighters as well. The animation is great, and the fight scenes are just amazing. Another fact is that this anime is probably the ecchier anime ever(ecchi=fanservice=panty shots, boob shots, suggestive dialogues and scenes, etc), most of the main characters are beautiful girls in high school uniforms, so you can imagine waht the camera might focus in. If you liked playing street fighter, or you just like the idea of hot girls on uniforms fighting ith each other this is the anime for you.
10 of 12 episodes have been released.

» The News: Sorry for not posting any news or updating the review list, but Waldir is working in an all new review script and i've been pretty busy lately.
First at all i wanna say that i finally got to see Knights of the Zodiac on Cartoon Network. All i can say is it sucked so much that i just wish i had not seen it. There is no way the series could have gone worst. The seiyuus are the worst, they don;t refelct the personalities of the characters, in other words the dub sucks. The dialogues were changed completely, it's like a whole new series. I hated every single word that came out of Hyoga's mouth, and pretty much all of the other characters. I hope they take it out from CN, otherwise will get a wrong idea of Saint Seiya.
Since i can't post any new reviews, i'm gonna have to give some recommendations about animes i'm currently watching and are not licensed in the US yet, and haven't even ended in Japan. In other words the latest and greatest fansubs. So if you are blessed with a broadband internet connection don't miss the chance...it's pretty cool to get to watch anime that wont be licensed in the US for the probably the next year or two, and is also cheaper.

I'm still working on the video clips gallery, because of last week's tropical storm there was a power outage that lasted from thursday 'till sunday morning, so i havent really had time to keep cutting clips, ill probably have 'em ready in the following 2 weeks, so be patient, you'll have media to get fat on and not just news :).
