Goku and Ubuu, the reincarnation of Buu are sparring in a chamber. Ubuu is a very little kid. He is ten years old but still very powerful. Goku and Ubuu are going all out. The whole chamber detonates due to the pressure. Goku and Ubuu fall on the ground in exhaustion, but hear some footsteps. Yes, Emperor Pilaf, in a hood is looking for something. He is looking for the dragonballs to become immortal, like he tried to do in Dragonball. Goku and Ubuu walk out of the chamber to check it out. It is daytime at Kami's Lookout and there are basically no clouds. Emperor Pilaf finds the set of dragonballs, but these are the Ultimate Dragonballs, the new ones that Dende made up. if a wish is made with these dragonballs, they'll be scattered around. But not scattered around Earth for a year, scattered around the universe! If a good wish is made with the Ultimate Dragonballs, that means they are scattered around for a year and then become active. But if a sin is made with these dragonballs(like an evil wish for immortality or super strength or something) the dragonballs will make the planet that the wish was made on destroyed if they don't get the dragonballs and wish for that planets stability. Emperor Pilaf summons Shenron as Ubuu and Goku are getting something to eat. Ubuu leaves Goku to it and says that he wants to go back to his town and visit his family. Goku promises that they'll train some other time. Ubuu darts off in a different direction. Suddenly, the sky turns pitch black and Goku knows that the dragonballs are being used. Goku goes to the hiding spot where they keep the dragonballs but find them stolen! Goku sees Shenron over north and races towrads there in a hurry. Goku sees his nemesis Pilaf over the dragonballs about to wish for immortality. Goku screams at him and Pilaf has a flashback of Dragonball when Goku went Oozaru and broke his castle down and stopped him from getting immortality. Pilaf says that that won't happen again, and Goku can't turn oozaru because he doesn't have a tail. But Goku says that he is a Super Saiyan and is much stronger than Pilaf. Pilaf gets scared and wishes to himself, ''I wish Goku was a little kid again.'' Shenron overhears him and thinks that's his wish so he grants it. The dragonballs are scattered around the universe again. Since that was considered a bad wish, it distresses the Earth so in a year Earth will explode unless the Ultimate Dragonballs are gathered again and they can wish for Earth's stability. But it will be a hard quest. Goku must go around the universe and collect them and then make his wish in a matter of one year! Chibi Goku walks back to Mt. Paouzu where he lives and sees his granddaughter on a date having some coffee. Suddenly, a burglers robs a bank and Pan flies at him and grabs him and he goes to jail. From that formidable display, her date thinks she is going to crush him so he runs off. She didn't really like him anyway. Master Riche arrives to collect Pan and finds it breathtaking when he sees Mini-Goku. He mistakes Goku for another son of Goku and Chi-Chi, but Goku says in a high-pitched voice that Emperor Pilaf wished for him to be small. Pan, who is even taller than her all-powerful grandfather laughs. Master Roche, Pan, and Chibi Goku fly back to Goku's house. At Goku's house dinner is served. Chi-CHi goes crazy when she sees her husband like 1 fifth of her size! Master Roche, pan and Chibi Goku sit on the couch and talk about what just happened. King Kai contacts Goku telepathically and tells him that the Ultimate Dragonballs allow two wishes. One can be Earth's stability of course, and the second can be for Goku to go back to his normal form. Goku is happy with King kai's idea. Now it's time to decide who goes with him on his quest..

At the start of this episode Trunks is making a speech. He has just been elected president of Capsule Corp. He's about 20 at this age and many fans hate the way he looks in DBGT. Trunks is really famous. He was made president when his granddad, Bulma's dad, Dr. Briefs died from old age which was a disaster. Everyone has been looking for a young 20 year old guy as a president. Everyone likes Trunks and he has had enough of the fame so he leaves Capsule Corp and goes to his dad, Vegeta to train. At Goku's house Goten is on the phone, asking a girl out. Since he has had heaps of other girlfriends and dumped them, he is trying to be real kind. Pan thinks her uncle Goten is really mean. Meanwhile, Trunks leaves his dad and goes to Goku's house also. He supplies Goku with a Capsule Corp ship that he can go to space with. Gohan arrives and you can call him an adult and says that he'll join his father to save the Earth. Pan feels left out, so she decides to have some fun and goes to a fighting club that Hercule teaches. When she gets there everyone looks at her funny and Hercule notices her as his grandson. Since she has his blood in her, Hercule boasts that she's only good because she's related to him. Pan does some really cool martial arts and kicks all of the other students asses. After making quick work of them, she goes back home.
