anyways, here's the deal...i'm bored because the forum is down, and i am currently unaware of ftp acess to sssgoku so i can't upload jack...see what happends when you go to england...anyways, i hope the forum gets fixed soon, and uhh...well i see dekin is making a new site, and since i'm not really working on my site anymore, i was hoping that we could merge, and baisically join forces in site making...eventhough i won't be doing jack, i'll just be like some person...thats just there, i'll be focusing more on sssgoku, but once in a while, i'll get around, and do some stuff here and there, we can discuss the details on MSN or aim, will dekin take me up for my offer?? find out the next time he posts..lol, (now i pressured him into posting something) lol, anyways, thats about all, i'm in the dark about this new site, but hopefull this will shed some light on it, and no thats not my purpose, i just want Capsule Command to have a bit more action, and what better way then to fuse...

Well...I havent been on in a hell of a long time. I dont know whats going on, and probably gonna be gone for a bit longer so dont expect a lot from me in the next few weeks. Going to my buddies house while all the stuff about me tyring to get a house either with my mom or dad. Lots of confusion and fuss. So I dont know whats gonna be happening with me. Well I know it's not much but the In-depth Goku Bio is up, it's not as long as it could be because I didn't feel like going and putting every battle he ever faught in it, you can learn about that when we get the saga summaries and stuff up. Well Dragonball Unforgiven has returned with a slap of professionalness to the layout this time. And a change of color, actually light colors, not dark like all our other layouts. Well I know most don't know me,a nd most don't care, and that everytime I write on here I promise to get content up, but this time, I mean it. I will be getting up some new content, because I actually have time on my hands now, school's out and I graduated(who'da thought). Well lokk for some Metallica Content Section, Dragonball Content(More Races, More Indepth Biographies, and the Dragonball BS(bullshit), all those rumors and myths that most site have up that aren't true about the series.), and maybe some miscellaneous stuff. Well that's about it, I'm glad to be back at DBU, I hope all of you are glad to see us back.

Well we here at dragonball unforgiven love metallica and you may or may not know that they just released their new album Saint Anger recently and I have heard about all of the cd. Its a little different than their usual with no guitar solos but their as heavy as ever and every song is about 5-6 minutes long. The album has 11 tracks altogether and in my opinion it is great. If you seem interested I would reccomend you go out and buy the cd, well thats all from me just wanted to put that out to all who didn't or did know.

Here's the deal...i see Dekin tried to change around the newspro so that it wouldn't be as nasty looking on this new layout, so he made the background black, or something, or maybe he just deleted the pictures. But well...most of you people are probably expecting me to make a new Newspro layout...well here's the deal...SURE!!! But i got a whole day off, and i'm gonna play NHL 2002 for the entire day, and maybe when i get bored...which i probably won't...but if i do then i'll probably make the new layout. But if i don't get bored i'll play right through to the leafs game....where they might get eliminated. But meh, whatever, if they do get eliminated, i'll either go for Mighty Ducks, or Ottawa...i really hate Ottawa, but hey, 5 out of the 6 years the President's trophy winners have gotten the cup, so meh...The other thing is that i'm going for the mighty ducks because they are like the carolina hurricanes from last year, they are the underdogs, and either they rape throughout the entire playoffs or they crumble like pussies the next round, we'll see.

I know I am not suppose to be posting in this part of the site but the rpg is just ridiculus. The rpg is being torn apart by someone that don't like it. He/she keeps changing things on the site. More to make others illegal characters or to save himself. It is stupid that this keeps happening. I ask Odin to make me an immediate owner of the rpg and only me and him update. The Biographies have been updated, all the pics have been put on. However This is not all, I Still have to put on 50+ more of my own writing, not Baker's. well there has been some wierd happenings this week, and i find it all rather gay. Majin Baker is right, the heart of the site is the rpg, and even though id like to have more info and have the main be just as important, i must admit that we have started a really good thing here. i do have some good news, however. in the next few days, you can expect to see a new character of my own appear in the rpg. vegeta and dekin have inspired me, and since odin and azgrath are gone, we have to keep things rolling with some goold ol' fashioned rp'ing. oh, and the site histroy should be up today (hopefully) , and i am hoping to make the rpg Hall of Fame page soon. So far, i think that Azgrath and Odin both qualify to get in it.

Well I see this RPG is starting to go to shit. Why does everyone do this shit, like come on. Some people are hitting below the belt. Lets retain the RPG, and get all our shit back together. Seems it has fallen since Az has left. Now is this site gonna become a normal site, or be a site with an RPG where you people can have fun, instead of reading somehting, and then fluffing it of. This RPG is pretty much the life of the site, so stop fucking around guys. I dont wanna be 'just another site'.

Well the rpg will miss ya and don't worry everyone Vegeta will be taking over page one and working as one of the main owners along with me and shiro (a great rpg guy).We will not leave the people out of stuff so if you got something to say please say it and things will happen.Shiro will bring in some new ideas and me and Vegeta will make sure things are fair.The rpg will be fine and dandy within a day or so please bare with us people and continue to send in training etc.

Well I know some rumors and ideas have spread about what has happened to me. Well allow me to clear things up. I quit the rpg not because I didn't love the game anymore, but because I couldn't find the time for it anymore. My skills were gained through study, and that study is what consumed the majority of my time. With the things going on in my life, I could no longer afford to use my time studying and fighting in the rpg. So I had to quit. I don't plan on returning any time soon because over the summer I'm going into boot camp with the Marine Corps. and after that I'm on my own. Wether I'm going to invest in an internet connection I still have to work out, so the earliest I'd be coming back would be about mid way through the next school year. Until then I'll try to keep in touch with you guys and check in when I can, but I won't be taking an active role for long time. So for now you guys can consider this my retirement.

Well the site is back up and i was actually doing some work during the down time. The Dragon Radar, Senzu Bean, Z Sword, Kamehameha, and Races pages have all been added or updated. The races page isn't up but it will be later today, i have 2 races done(Saiyan and Namek) and Changeling coming, dont know which one i will do after that. Anyway just give me a day or so to get everything back in order and you should be seeing more and more stuff on the site.

So i went ahead and typed up..well i didn't really type it up, but i edited it like a bitch. So it's all good and user friendly now. Because there really isn't any other way to have done it. Sometime ..later this week, i'll have the full yu-gi-oh card list up. ALL THE CARDS....thats about 700 or so. And i'll have a little description of what each one does. Or if not for each one, then for nearly all of them, and for every monster card, I can garantee one thing, i'll have their Attack Defence, and Their Type. That i can promise. But since there is so many cards, i'll have to divide the sections into seperate pages. Azgrath will be serverly missed in the rpg world, known as one fo the greatest fighters this rpg or any rpg has ever seen, he has been with us since the beginning and we thank him very much for that. He always found a way to become one of the key players in every rpg I have played with him. He deserves much respect for his playing ability and being the great guy that he is, even though we were enemies most of the time. Everyone member listen up. Let me explain. No wait there is too much. Let me sum up. lol. Okay I didn't really cheat because first off i didn't even know i had the extra skills and second off they gave me no advantage so far. I have modified my character and it is legal now. My moderators didn't even see this so it is not all my fault. I could of swore the moderator job was to make sure none of this shit happens but they all have failed at there job. the ones on my page. so now everything is fine. i took off iron fists cause it never really gave me "advantage" in battle. but i have used unlimited energy to my advantage and because i killed sin i would think it would of been unfair to get rid of that. and the upgrade micro chip has definetly been used. the iron fists not really. cause i never broke a bone and the physical damage i got boosted is from my hell's flash. so that is that. everyone can drop it now. easy fix. go along with the rpg now. Hey people. Sorry bout the past 5 days. My internet was eaten by a virus and once my Uncle came over, everything else was effected so then he was able to fix it. So Good times. Sorry to all the people on my page that werent updated. You have a right to be mad and request transfers. Its all good to me my friends. But just remember, Im always online. And if Im off for a day or 2, that should be OK. But if Im offline for nearly a week or just an inescusable time, theres a damn good reason, chances are my comp gets screwed up again. So dont get all pissed off and complain k? After a week Id probably get on someone elses comp and find a way to inform you, but its quite hard. Nonetheless, Ill have my page updated by today. Ok there is a big change about to be made with the Dragonball Info, we are going with the FUNimation version of names and such, for the most part it will help those who come to the site relate more to the show that watch it on Cartoon Network. And the FUNimation version is more shown world wide and it the names and pronounciation is easier as well, so if you are a hardcore Japanese fan, looks like you wont be reading it here, lol.

Ok... now that everything is done i plan on getting more of my content up, i would of had soem today but the site was down for the time i was on, We also have a new Affilate, Silver XL, check'em out you may like them. In RPG News, not much going on but the saga enemy will be here on sunday, and the other world tornament held saturday so sign up, if less then 10 people sign up there wont be a tournament, prize is yet to be named and there will only be second and first place. Topeka, KS - High school sophomore Brett Tyson was suspended today after teachers learned he may be using PHP.

In response to parental demands the school has reconfigured its internet WatchDog software to block access to all internet sites mentioning PHP. Officials say this should prevent any other students from falling prey like Brett Tyson did. They have also stepped up locker searches and brought in drug sniffing dogs.

Interviews with students suggested that PHP use is wide spread around the school, but is particularly concentrated in the geeky nerd population. When contacted by BBspot.com, Brett Tyson said, "I don't know what the hell is going on dude, but this suspension gives me more time for fraggin'. Yee haw!"

All items, attacks, or legendary things that need to be approved get reviewed by the updaters. A vote is taken 4 to 3 to approve the certain thing. So from now on when you creat something you need to send it to just your updater and then your updater will post it for the others updaters on the forum. This is how it is done now lets get the system working. And another big thing I am seeing around the rpg is Odin's mistake cause we all know he likes typos. It is Zenny. Not zennie or zenie. Zenny. I ask all updaters to fix this on their page to make the site look better.

Look if they are that dumb to restart then I have to let them, but that means they lose all training, and they CAN NOT rejoin as the same character because that character is dead(forever). I dont't care if just the character's name changed and everything else about the character is the same,(name, race, etc.) It's still the same character and thta character is dead. if you rejoin you MUST choose a different race and you get -$5,000 starting zenie, each time(that's right if you rejoin 3 times you actually owe the rpg $5,000 zenie). Now if you would had waited around until the first you would had been brought back, if you really think I would had let the rpg go on with so many dead you got problems, now umaro that should solve you anger, this way their character gets screwed over. If the problem persists I'll make you rejioning character a piece of trash, now stick with what yo've got and play you Character.

Ok this pisses me off to an Extreme!!!! Seems after one person redoes there character, my whole friggen page wants to rejoin. Why? Because things arent going their way I guess. I have no idea how the fuck this became legal. I put up joiners, they die, they rejoin. Thats not how it fuckin goes people. This isnt your personal Video Game. Hey again, ok news about the forum, we are adding categories so if you are a regular vistor now you got something to do when you visit, lol. Also if you are on the rpg please try and write a saga or episode about your character week or week and a half, it adds interest to the rpg and expresses what your character is thinking, hating, and plotting(to an obvious extent, such as if you get killed and vow revenge, you get the point). Just slap in anything about your character, how your training with a trainer is going, what his goals are and how he views others in the rpg he has met, I mean just dont kill someone because they are weaker and you can, develope a story and build the battle up. And dont just kill people cause you can, leaving them alive to fight again against you also builds storyline. Also for further news on the site as a whole, Unforgiven 100 (our topsite) will be opening soon, so if you like our site and need another topsite join up when we get it running(more details to come). Also I hope to get some more content up, yes I know I say this everythime I post, but I been a bit busy and my bro(kibid) has been on alot lately. Also I have made minor changes, like getting all the pages to one format and the bio pics, which really need to be done a.s.a.p. so I can start working on other stuff. I am gonna try and add about 50 small bios that Baker forgot, just got lazy and didn't do, or didn't know about up. Look for some race info(saiyans, changelings, and buu stages) and some universal stuff(planets, heavens, hierarchy of the other world) and the Evil Shenron Bios on the Dragons page. Also some more summaries(other movies and maybe sagas) and some non-anime sections like forgotten realms(D&D based, R. A. Salvatore book summaries) and music(band histories, Metallica section) and hell maybe a Magic: the Gathering tutorial section(a card game the webmasters like to play). And Dekin should be putting up some HTML and script help for webmasters and maybe another free layout. We got an Oh! I need to make this public because Im not sure exactly who is in this case. Kyo, the Comari on my page is rejoining as a different character. This means that anyone with his symbol of power, Kyojin, must be returned to their orignial PL without the +75,000. If any updaters see they have A Kyojin on their page, make sure you fix it. This came to mind when I saw Vilarn with Kyojin and him being the guard to Kyo. So sorry but those boosts from Kyojin and being a guard arev taken away.

But everything seems to be running smoothly but to add to Umaro's statement about the initiative rule, you can only train for 1 initiative per week so no double training with it. OK Odin, I took the votes of the updaters and the votes show. Azgrath, me, Dekin, and Majin Baker Agreed meaning it overules yours, Vegetas, and Kibids if he even wanted to Disagree. What did we all agree on? Well as of now, ofcourse following the new majority Updater vote, The Intiative training rule is changed. Now its 1 Intiative per 1 week of training. But you can have 1 INT for every 50,000 PL you have. Meaning newbies can usually get up to 4. Why should PL have to be a part of INT. This way itll make well rounded characters and keep people from just staying on the Intiative track just to win. Well rounded characters and different fighting styles are always good for the RPG. Keep that in mind. Odin, no offense, but ahead of time, dont try and find a way to prevent this....its happened before but Im sure you wont do it again.

OK first this goes out to any joiners. This will make EVERYONE of the updaters life easier. Copy and paste in your joining email the starting off abilities and the Racial Ability Descriptions you want into the mail!!! I hate searching and caculating and Im sure everyone else does too. Trust me its a pain in the ass!!!!

Another thing, if someone was originally a character before the restart, they have rights to that character. If they dont rejoin in roughly 2 weeks, the rights are lost and the character is up for grabs.

Lastly to joiners, If you want to be Saiyan or any other race, fump everyone else, be that race!!!! The whole part of the RPG is to be whoever you want to be with the guidelines and rules. ITS NOT ABOUT DIVERSITY PEOPLE. Im not saying everyone go Saiyan, just go with whatever the hell you want!!!

Yes I know it may look like not that much changed but actually a good bit did to stop cheeting and stop lameness which alot of people hate from building up.Now namek henchmen cannot be elders,human henchmen cannot make items,changling henchmen cannot have ____ship (exa. ruler ship,king ship),etc.We also put that fly is a free action,fixed multi form,altered instant transmission moves,made it so you can get initiative no matter what your pl is but it takes 2 weeks to get,parrys work differently now and only konnatsa start with 6,races get individual stats like different ki,critical,etc. Also alot of the rules have been mad more clearer and there are now going to be moderators of each page to check for cheeting. Finally, most things must go through all the updaters and approved by majority instead of just going to me or Odin. Theres a couple more things but thats all I can remember, all and all trust me we altered the system so people will think about which race they will be cause they cannot get a henchmen to make dragonballs,items,etc this time. BTW the time chamber price has been raised to 120,000 so if you go in there you deserve to come out strong,and good people can now borrow amongst there team but evil and neutral people are not trusting enough and cannot borrow.Well I hope that straightened out some things.

I havent seethed through the RPG and I dont plan on it. Great layout, but it really seems like that lapse of time had no improvement to the RPG. I was never consulted or asked anything. In my eyes, and maybe others, this time to redo the RPG was wasted and just a reason to restart it. Id like to be proven wrong though. I say Odin or Dekin should state all, if any, improvements made to the RPG right here in the news section. Hope this helps any skeptics including myself....

Read through all the races and rules cause there were many changes done. A new tournament is coming this weekend, the conditions are, no killing, no fusion, and no items with the exceptions of weapons. The Winner gets his choice of either, The Omega Ship or a 500x gavity planet. Second place is a power booster, and third is a free trip to the time chamber. If less then 10 members show up for fights the prizes will be as follows, a 300x gravity planet for first, a small power booster pill for second and $30,000 for third. e-mail dekin or odin for sign up, sign up ends saturday at midnight, the more the merrier. The tournament will be held on Sunday Jan. 19, 2003 starting at 3:00 pm eastren time if you are not on by 3:20 you forefit.

Nuse whom was the original updater of page 4 had some mistakes in HTML coding and in the characters themselves. I have tooken hours to fix everything and the page is now as good as new. People need pics and training. I can now keep everyone up to date on what they are doing. Also I have been seeing alot of borrowing of items. Make sure you have an item shop. Rules are rules you just can't be lending things away either.

I don't know if you people have noticed or not, but in the rpg, you get certain bonuses in your paycheck each week. I think you people better visit the COMMISSIONS page and tally up your paycheck. mail your updater and tell them how much you get a week. You will not be compiensated for the missed money, because it was on the site, and you should have read it.

O.k. finally got caught up on my updating. Sorry but I didn't know the server address lol. I also added to the bottom of the items page a special place for member created items. That way we know exactly what these items do. Keeps items descriptions form changing battle to battle. Second please, PLEASE put the dragonballs status on the STATUS PAGE not the dragonball page. Gets kinda confusing when you look at the status page and see them free and then think "well hell better check the dragonball page" and sure enough regenerating.
