So please don't arguing about these levels, because production managers themself wrote down in the mangas and books. I know there was is no official list of powerlevels for this Saga. So I am guessing that they pedicted these levels in the books. Garlic Jr. Saga Return of Garlic Jr. from the Dead Zone Gohan: 45,000 Master Roshi: above 200 Krillin: 43,000 Tein: 49,250 Yamcha: 40,500 Chal-zu: 21,000 Piccolo (still merged with Nail): 800,000 Keep in mind that Tein, Yamcha, Chal-zu were traning very hard at King Kai's house. Plus when King Kai invited the Ginyu force Tein, Yamcha, and Chal-zu defeated them in combat with no problems. Also keep in mind that Piccolo is fused with Nail and has a realy high powerlevel. On the other hand Krillin and Gohan have been in combat all through out Freeza Saga. So, that eventually raised their powerlevels higher. Welcome the 4 Spice boys Vinegar: 89,500 Mustard: 87,000 Spice: 63,000 Salt: 51,000 Garlic Jr. (not transformed): 600,000 Remember Tein, Yamcha, Chal-zu, Bulma, Chi-Chi and Master Roshi all fall prey to the Black Water mist. Keep in mind Kami in part of Picoolo. But Garlic Jr. has traped Kami in a small glass bottle. Now with Kami traped, Piccolo can't fight in his maximun power. This drops Piccolo's powerlevel drastically. Battle in Kami's Lookout Gohan (fighting Piccolo): 45,000  decresing after every blow. Piccolo (after Kami traped): 320,000 Krillin (fighting Mustard): 43,000  decresing after every blow. Gohan's (Masenko atack): 85,000 Gohan (after killing 2 Spice Boys): 48,000 Garlic Jr. (fighting piccolo): 600,000 Piccolo (after Kami released): 800,000 Then, Kami and Mr. Popo take the Sacred water and set out but they have to cross the Graveyard of 'Former Guardians'. But with Kami in the Graveyard of Guardians, Piccolo is very weak and can't fight in his full power. With the Makio Star in the earth's orbit Garlic Jr. transforms and 2 Spice Boys get a lot stronger and bigger in size. Dead Zone reopened by Garlic Jr. Garlic Jr. (transformed): over 1,000,000 Piccolo (with kami at Graveyard):720,000 Spice Boys: 120,000 each Gohan and Krillin take on the remaning 2 Spice boys and Piccolo goes after Garlic jr. Krillin gets beat up and is unconscious. Gohan's rage explodes and he kills both the Spice Boys. Krillin (after unconscious):48,000 Gohan's (Double Masenko atack):130,000  kills the other 2 Spice boys Piccolo (when Kami was atacked):150,000 Garlic Jr. (opening the Dead Zone): 1,500,000 Gohan (recovered after, beat up by Garlic Jr.):180,000 Gohan's (power up shield):over 600,000 Now, Kami and Mr. Popo have returned form the Graveyard of Guardians. This means Piccolo can fight in the maiximum power. Pluse Krillen is half recovered after getting all beat up by Garlic Jr.. Final Showdown.
