» SUBJECT: Some MINOR changes
–• Sunday , August 15, 2004 @ 1:07 pm
- I hate UPDATING on the site in place of NEWS, but I thought it was much needed.

The layout has changed OBVIOUSLY. Its clean and simple as we are an Anime Fan site NOT a designing site. If you want a GRAPHICALY designed site with all the flashy designs and a hoobalah of renders, then I should point you to google and type in GRAPHIC DESIGNED SITES.

As of now, a few minor adjustments will be needed for the php to work smoother with the layout. Cute news will also go through a revamping and a few minor bugs need to be worked out on it.

All in all we are getting back on our feet but are in no real rush. HASTE makes WASTE.

Thanks to all who support the site

» SUBJECT: Bad Reviews for Yu-Gi-Oh the Movie
–• Friday , August 13, 2004 @ 7:41 pm
- SI reports that Yu-Gi-Oh the Movie premiered in theaters today, August 13, 2004. While today was the first day many people saw it, the critics saw it before hand and, boy, they have given the movie horrible reviews. On Yahoo! Movies, the average rating by a critic was a D+, far below the possible A+ rating. The public, however, gave it an average rating of a C+, which is still pretty bad. I'm sure Yu-Gi-Oh fans were expecting more from the movie based on the popular card game and animated television show. Yahoo! Movies gives a
compilation of reviews written by many critics from places such as the Boston Globe and the New York Times along with reviews by its own Yahoo! users.

» SUBJECT: Anime Popularity
–• Thursday , August 12, 2004 @ 1:57 pm
- According to Lycos in its top 50 most searches, Pokemon is #21, up from #31 last week. Dragon Ball Z, however is #25, down from last weeks 13th place. Also, Inuyasha is at #36 and Yu-Gi-Oh is at #42. It's surprising to see these results, since Pokemon has a higher ranking then DBZ and Yu-Gi-Oh.
