Summary:
Yamcha's Kamehameha!
The announcer reveals the truth now... the tournament is starting right now! The
first match is between Yamcha and Tenshinhan, so let the fight begin! Yamcha
goes immediately into stance, telling Tenshinhan that he can't run away from him
now. Tenshinhan smirks, saying that he would never run away from a weakling like
him. Krillin laughs out loud, saying that Yamcha will win this fight easily.
Goku is still skeptical, saying that Tenshinhan still seems stronger. Bulma
roots for Yamcha, saying he will win! Puar agrees, saying that her master will
have no problem. Yamcha and Tenshinhan do the waiting game, staring into each
other, figuring out who will go first. The first who does that is Yamcha, who
commands his right foot to fly to Tenshinhan. Tenshinhan blocks it with his arm,
and tries to attack with his other. Yamcha catches it just in time, but this
doesn't stop Tenshinhan. He goes in for one hard kick, connecting to Yamcha's
stomach.
Yamcha flips backwards, totally in control, with Tenshinhan running after him.
Tenshinhan finally leaps to Yamcha, bouncing off the wall, trying to hit Yamcha
with his fist. However, he misses, with Yamcha flying in the air. Tenshinhan
catches his body, still with his eyes on Yamcha. He then leaps after Yamcha,
high into the air, until finally they both are exchanging blows. Yamcha gets a
good two-fist in, hitting Tenshinhan to the ground. Tenshinhan lands, with
perfect timing, with Yamcha following right behind him. Everyone stares at the
two fighters, wondering how it is humanly possible to do what they just did.
Krillin is impressed as well, while Goku tells him that this is turning out
great! The announcer screams out, saying that this is such an incredible fight,
and this is only the first round! Yamcha rubs his cheek, saying that he is
actually tougher than he though. Tenshinhan thinks the same thing, thinking that
this show boat is actually worth something. But, he will still win. Yamcha then
performs his ultimate move, going into a stance, yelling out that it's time! The
Rou Ga Fu Fu Ken!
Tenshinhan says that that is great, knowing that he can try a challenge, and
goes into a stance. Yamcha jumps to Tenshinhan, while Tenshinhan does to Yamcha.
They meet in the middle and fight extensively. They hit and punch and kick and
scream, until finally, Tenshinhan gets one good blow to Yamcha's stomach, making
Yamcha fall backwards onto his elbows. Yamcha gets up, while Krillin screams out
that Yamcha is losing it! Goku tells Tenshinhan to stop it, while Tsurusennin
hopes that Tenshinhan does more! Yamcha must resort to his trump card, making
him smile, as well as Tenshinhan. Yamcha performs one last stance, a very
familiar one too. He tells Tenshinhan he'll do something he learned a while ago.
Krillin asks what he will do, while Goku stands proud, saying he's doing the
Kamehameha!
Jackie stares on, wondering if he's doing the Kamehameha. However, he's never
seen him do it before. Yamcha charges up, performing the ancient chant. Krillin
yells out that it's true, he's going to do it! Tsurusennin recognizes the dance,
while Tenshinhan is preparing for the worst. Yamcha nears the end of the blast,
until finally yelling it out, shoving his hands forward, revealing his true
power. Tenshinhan understands now and puts his hands together, in an odd motion.
He has his hands clapped together, with both index fingers out. The blast gets
nearer to him, while Tenshinhan's only defense, is his hands put together!
