II. Information

A. We can verify that all information found on Shadow Anime was either written by the Shadow Anime staff or is used with permission from another site. If you believe that we stole your content, contact Shadow Anime owner Mystic Digitized. We assure you, however, that no information found on this site was taken from another site without permission. No content can be taken down unless it can be verified that the information is yours.
B. For content given to Shadow Anime by another site, the e-mail address and/or the web address of the person who gave us the information, along with that person's name, will be posted beneath that particular piece of information after the words "Donated by:."
C. If we do conclude that content is yours and we came to posses it through some sort of mistake or misunderstanding, we will either give you credit, or, if you insist, take it down.

III. Media

A. We cannot say that all media formats (See Part I, section A) will be protected. We can say that we try to keep all the files as clean as we can. We shall run a virus scan on every bit of media that goes up on Shadow Anime.
B. If you download a file from Shadow Anime and another site simultaneously and get a virus, we are not responsible, as the virus could have come from the other site. We cannot take responsibility for damage done to a computer running an anti-virus program from a different year than ours. We are not responsible for damage done to computers that only run firewalls.
C. Shadow Anime will always try to keep files clean. No file will be uploaded without a scan.

IV. Using Our Content

A. If you wish to use our content we would like to ask that you link back to us or tell us so we may work something out. We will encode our files in a way that has not been done before. And if we seethe code on a site that has not asked for permission we shall take action.
B. We will post on the site which images it's okay to use. There will be absolutely no problem if you use these images. Ones that you cannot take without permission will be encoded.
C. At no time shall any of our layouts be used on any site other than Shadow Anime, or one of the staff members' other sites.

If you have a problem with any of the above, please e-mail Mystic Digitized.
