Step 1.) First open newspro.cgi and viewnews.cgi with any text editor(Notepad or Wordpad), and point the first line to the perl on your server.
Step 2.) Next upload all your newspro files using an FTP like CuteFTP to your cgi-bin folder in ASCII MODE and CHOMD in this order:
Newspro Folder: 777
newspro.cgi: 755
viewnews.cgi: 755
ndisplay.pl: 666
nsettings.cgi: 666
newsdat.txt: 666
news.txt: 666
Step 3.) Access the internet and go to newspro.cgi. It should have a login page. Just type your username. Then pick your settings and your done. To get CuteFTP visit http://www.cuteftp.com
